I have had a busy day delivering birthday cards and playing with my little man who made a really cute birthday card ( derrrr, forgot to take a piccy of it! ) for one of his fav ladies, Fi.
So I have had time to make a few cards this week.
This one is for our Lily-boo too february challenge, its 1 tag and ribbon this month and I went with one of the super cute bunches girls from the boutique, and gave her the copics treatment!! along with a bit of nestie useage and some of my take out and stroke it paper!!! I made the tag with my scalloped oval set from stampin up.

And this one is for the UK crafters thread on the cricut mb. Kerry has once again got her whip out and is giving us something productive to do whilst we chat away and this month it is side step cards, I lurve these cards, they are so sweet and I love fiddling with bits to glam them up. I made one last week for Kate too but forget to take a piccy of that one ( again....derrrrrr!!) and I made 2 today ( i will pop a piccy on of that one tomorrow as it is for my lovely friend Fi's birthday which is tomorrow and I don't want her sneaking a peek at it!!!
I heat embossed my little tilda with hearts and coloured just her hearts, then I got my whispers stamp set out and used a few of those, (yes I know there is splodadge on the kisses!! I dropped it into my tray of powder and then couldn't find my brush to clean it off!!!!)

I gave the wordbook bit a whirl with this one, I loved how easy it was to change the colour of the letter within the program and printed it all out, I popped it back through the printer again to get another pattern on the back.

I ripped a couple of strips of the stripey piece to get a couple of layers on the bottom part of the page and put one of the strips over the photo using a couple of screw brads. I used the left over bits to make a funky flower and for the centre I used a screw brad ( I had to keep it 'manly'!!)
