I'm in with you today with my Dream Team make for this week and ooooh I couldn't resist using the gorgeous new release,  Saved Herself.

Isn't she just fabulous? and she comes with that awesome sentiment too!!

Morning all!

Well, I've been a busy little Lou already today!! I've woofer walked and popped Mo to the car boot sale to spend his pocket pennies from nannie. (...that boy can sniff bargain before he even gets there I swear!! he picked himself up a Fliker 3 scooter for £20!!!!).

And after all that I had time to have a little play with the gorgeous new  Peter Pan from Mo's Digital Pencil.He is just a delight to colour up! I teamed him up with some awesome papers and a super cute step card file I bought a while ago from the SIL store.

That gorgeous little sentiment comes with him so I made a quick little tag to print nd cut it out on too. I am totally loving Mo's Digital Pencil's newest images being in .png format, its really making me play with my silhouette cutting machine. I still have that thing where I love to see some white around the edge to make the image pop out from the background but one day I might make myself do the just right round the edge thing!!

I am even going to enter a challenge today!! wahooooo!! go me!! so its off to the Passion For promarkers make it Digital challenge he goes!!

Right, time to go. My tummy is growling louder than a hungry bears tummy would after hibernation so I am going to see what I can rustle up for lunch!!

Its time for a fabulous new challenge over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog. 

This time its all about being....

Fairy Happy!!

So,grab your fave Tiddly Inks Fairy images/stamps and get your magic on!!

(**remember...We love to see any new creation, a card, 3D project, journal page etc 

but you must use a Tiddly Inks stamp or image **)

There are so many wonderful and whimsical fairies in the Tiddly Inks store, it really is quite hard to make a final choice of which one you want to use!! but in the end I went for Willow Greeting Fairy. I have her in digital and clear stamp so I went for a version of using both because I wanted to fill the front of my card with her.

And! get me!! I got savvy and used my silouette machine to cut round her because she is a .png it was easy to do! I need to practice a bit more with being brave and getting that border to be right on the edge of her but this time I really wanted that edge to make her pop from the layers of the card. The sentiment is done using the clear stamp set.

Well, I still have a very sore Scott at home. We went to the dentist yesterday and it was a dry socket :( so he has had it flushed and packed...with no numbing done first...ouch... and is hopefully going to pick up in the next couple of days. He is working from home because even moving around makes it quite sore :(

Lou in for you today with a make using the fabulously cute Beach Baby. She looks so sweet looking over her free beach background that comes with her doesn't she?! awwwwww!!

I coloured her up all classy looking because she reminded me of a mini audrey hepburn!! he he!!!

So today I have Scott working from home. His mouth is so very sore, he hasn't slept in 3 nights so is hoping to get back to the dentists today for her to check it over for him. I cannot bear seeing him in pain :( I hope she can do something to help today.

Morning everyone!

Its time for Fab Friday over on the Tiddly Inks challenge blog and this is my little Tiddly creation for the week!! and I couldn't resist having my first play with the gorgeous Whale of a Time.

                                                      

So many times I read about these beautiful Orca whales in my facebook feed when people share the news of them being in captivity so I based my card around a time when they are all free to enjoy a beautiful safe sea as they would in the natural world and have a whale of a time. I know I am a dafty but in my own way it felt so lovely to think of them in this way instead of in those teeny tanks doing tricks.

I am not sure what we are up to today. Little Mo is at school in a bit and Scott is very sore today :( I have popped some aloe heat rub on his cheek, ear and neck and he has taken his painkillers so hopefully he will feel a little better soon. its so horrid seeing the person you love in pain :(

So, for mine I decided to go with one big and bold die cut using Wonky Stitched Squares Stax. Any form of stitched die is always a winner for me, I just LOVE them and as for the new baby fairies sets...oh my...they are just magical!! Here's a close up of my image and die cut...

Now, the thing I adore about this little fairy is that it is good to go for boy or girl.....which is good since I have absolutely no idea which flavour Baby Walton will be, just that whatever flavour it may be, it will be absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to meet baby for a snuggle very soon.

I didn't want a wishy washy colour scheme because when us mummy's were all outside a couple of weeks ago cooing over our streets latest gorgeous mini peep the clothes on mini peep were bold and bright and just sooo cute! so I went with a good old red for the nappy on this baby and then dotted my blender pen on to get that floofy pants look! soooo cute!! then it was just a case of matching that in with cardstock and Lou Froo-ness on the nappy cake!!!

It looks sooooo cute! I was still finishing this up while watching 5 star babies last night! well...I like to cut things fine!! he he he!! but I love my lil pom pom 'cherries' on top!! 

Right, got to go. I have a sore hubby after having his wisdom tooth out yesterday and I just want to snuggle him better. It was a bit tough to get out and had to be cut into pieces to remove and he is very bruised and sore :(

Lou in for you today with a cute little bunny make again!! I love how these little bunny wobbles are awesome for everything and having a yummy stash of sentiments and little dies is always fun for making something bunny-ish!! and I so loved the little row of hearts in my new stitched strip dies that I just had to use those too!!!

I have been in a really floaty mood today! I have been in and outside because its gorgeous out there today!! ......that's why my Dies To Die For DT post is soooooo late today!! I have had music on all day and have just been a daft Lou fairy!! he he! well, days like that are good for you sometimes I think!!!

Morning everyone!

I'm in for you today and I could not resist those brand new Baby Fairies! oh my! they were just too cute to pass up on printing and colouring right away!!! and of course! with the new .png files Maurie has been doing, those little baby fairies got merged right onto my fav background of the rustic windowbox.

The 2 fairies I used were Flidais ( the girl baby) and Ennis (the boy baby). I just LOVE them!!! Have you seen them? there are 6 delicious little baby fairies in each set, you won't want to be without them!! here they are...

  

Squeeeee! aren't they adorable!!! and do you know what? they really are magic because if you click on them, you ping right to where they are in the shop!!!!!

Today I will be relaxing a bit! It's that dreaded time of the month and to top that off, I managed to have an allergic reaction to my new Almond Hershey's Kisses last night! swollen tongue, stinging sore throat and funny breathing! I got a little bit panicky but luckily we have stocks of piriton syrup in for Mo so I had some of that and things quickly calmed down some! what a palava! and I will be avoiding almonds for quite some time...but not chocolate of course!!!

Hi everyone!!

Lou in with a post for you today and I just couldn't resist one of the BRAND NEW RELEASE IMAGES over in the Saturated Canary shop for my share. They are all gorgeous but this one screamed COLOUR ME!!! so I of course obliged!! she is just such a sweetie!! and she of course has to be some superlicious fun colours too!!

This card base is one of my absolute favourites, though I do make my own DP piece cut file for this one as I love the whole front 'step' to have the paper on without little gaps by the bottom sides.

I am just enjoying one of those rare Mo free because he's with Daddy moments! I must admit that they are really the only moments I don't worry at all about Mo when he is not with me so I indulge in things like baking ( apple cake done and homemade burgers just sitting in the bowl waiting for daddy to bring home mixed herbs!!) and surfing pinterest for cool stuff to try out!!! its bliss!!!!

Right! time to go! a beep from daddy tells me they are on their way home from golf with hungry tummies!! he he!! pannini maker at the ready mamma please!!

Morning everyone!

I'm in for you today with some uber cute Stamping Bella cuteness! I have only just got round to playing with this gorgeous stamp I bought when they were new release but the school holidays and fun with my little guy came first! now he's back to school its mummy playtime!!

Its so sunny and pretty here today. I think I might just take some time for me today to walk for a bit. My mouth is a bit sore from yesterday's filling of doom at the dentists so some fresh air might just perk me up a bit.
