Hello Peeps!!
Well its been one of those weeks!! dead boiler...now alive!! whoooop!! dead pooter...sadly RIP but new pooter yey!!! and monthlies....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! well they arrved with avengence this morning but we had an easter egg hunt to go to that we had all been looking forward too all week so out came the big guns painkillers and off we trotted round the village looking for clues, it was awesome and Mo and Poppy loved a good walk in the chilly air. Mo even got a Moshi monster easter egg as his prize so you can imagine how excited he was! I got some choccy cornflake cakes and some sweeties and we came home to warm up!!
Scott needed my new pooter this afternoon to load all my pictures and stuff back onto but it was ok because I was desperate to get a make in and join in with the fun over on a new challenge blog called Cuttlebug Mania. Their challenge this week is a delicious sketch...
Due to the dead pooter I had to hit the printed out selection of digi's I have had in my drawer for ages and Sprocket was just sitting their on the top begging to be used. She is just gorgeous, sadly retired now but ooooh so cute so I got her all coloured up and then got to work on embossing some Kraft card and adding a little vintage photo distress in to bring out the embossing a buit more. I love dry embossing, its so quick and fun and ooooh the clockworks cuttlebug folder is just perfect for backing up Sprockets cuteness!!
Well, thats me for today. I need to go get Mo in the bath, we have bribed him up until 7pm by watching Frankenweenie!!! I love it!! I remember the short film version of it from back in 1984 and Tim Burton did an awesome job getting his original film into animation, I love stuff like that!!
And don't forget to pop in on the new Cuttlebug Mania challenge blog, I know they would love to see you!!
Huge hugs Lou xxx
