Morning peeps!!!
Its that Tiddly Inking time of the week again!! I cannot believe how fast the last challenge went!!!! so over Tiddly Inks challenge blog  this week its a sketch challenge and here's the gorgeous sketch...

I love this sketch!!! and of course I just had to use the awesomely cute new Wryns that came out last week to make it!!

I used the little wryn reading on her bed for the inside of the card....

Now, I know a new challenge is exciting but SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! there is something much more excitinger going on in Tiddly Land this morning and its.........

Now ya'll know I LOVE to digi but it was so exciting to stamp a Tiddly!!! and as a rather excited little Mo said when they arrived "ooooh mummy we can shrinky them now!!!" but thats a show for another day ;)

we are halfway there with challenge 28 over on the FAS challenge blog today so Ruth and I have been enjoying making you some half way there inspiration!!!...and to inspire you even more don't forget the wonderful Krista Smith from Saturated Canary is sponsoring our challenge this time with a prize of 2 of her gorgeous digi's :) :)

I used 'Skateboarding' for my card today. I love this little guy he is so cute with his cool baggy boarder trousers. I teamed him up with some making memories papers from the 'Just Chillin' stack and a bit of kraft card.

The promarkers I used on this little dude I picked to match the papers so I used...

skin- satin,blush and sunkissed pink

top- tea green,soft green and cool grey 4

trousers/hat- pastel beige and khaki

board- cool grey 3,4 and 5.

So I am popping this little guy into the challenge over on....

Passion for promarkers- Gingham/checks..love those big checks on this paper.

I love promarkers- Circles- circles on the paper and circles for the image! yey!

Right, time to get a wriggly on for me now! Its breakfast buddy day, walk hols in the meadow while its not raining and then off to mum's, busy but fun day!! and on thursday its the last day of school for the holidays. Mo is so excited!! he loves the holidays but he is sad about moving teacher :( he absolutely adores his teacher miss cook.

Morning Peeps!

Oh how I love love love saturdays!!!! we have had a deliciously lazy morning! I have baked a banana bread and a Coconut Lime loaf so our house smells yummy...and full of calories!! romfl!!!!!!

I wanted to share this awesome tent treat card from Kim this morning. I have to admit that the tent treat cards are my thing at the minute!! The little mice come up all coloured and ready to either decoupage up a bit or just use the topper, its fab because the box comes in the download too and a patterned paper is in it too. I used the patterned paper  that is is the download to print on the back of all my pieces so that the pattern follows through. They are just so much fun and I LOVE this download from Kim because she also included the option to have the circle blank to decorate as you wish!! squeeeee!!!! so here it is all empty.....

 and here it is after some Lord Tim tattered florals die and martha stewart butterfly treatment!!! how cool is that?!!! I love it!!! 

There was even a spare topper left after I had printed these 2 out so I can add those to a normal card blank and make a cute card to match the set!!
Right, gotta go!! need to so spend some time with this little squidger here....

He's sooo cute!!

Fabulous Friday!!

Morning Peeps!
This morning I wanted to share aTiddly Inks card I made a while ago because this cute little kitty is back in the Tiddly Inks Store!! yey!!!!

He is just way too cute!! and of course the piccy is linked to help you find them too....:) and there are a whole tonne of gorgeous ideas on there too from my awesome Tiddly buddies in the gallery pictures in the kitty listing there in the shop too!!


I am feeling a little sad today, my dad and my little sister are going back home today :( the 3 weeks they were here seems to of just flown by so quickly. Its a funny thing because even though I don't get to see him everyday I always feel so much safer when my dad is in the same country as me!
I love that I can ring him whenever I want to and know he will be awake because he is in the same time zone, I love that I can actually squoosh him when I see him instead of hearing him on the end of the phone and wishing I could squoosh him, and what I love most is seeing him with Mo. Mo absolutely adored seeing his grandad and aunty colette,now all I need to do is win the lottery so I can go have holidays with him at his home in the seychelles!!! :)


Right better get my sorry little self into gear really as I need to get dressed for work...though I think it would be so much better to go on pj's!!!

Little baby teddy..awwww!!

Morning Peeps!!
...now you will have to pleases excusey my card photo a bit this morning as I took it with my phone and to me it looks kinda wibbly!!! the card has pootled off to its new owner so I couldn't take another one!!! and I want to pop it over on this weeks Lili's little fairies challenge which is Pretty in pink so I hope you can still see how cute it is minus the wobblies!!!!!


This stamp is fast becoming an absolute favourite of mine! Its so lovely to colour up and I have made 7 cards with it so far!!! I just keep changing the colour of the little bow to make it boy/girl!! its soooo cute!!!


This one was for a new baby girl and I broke out the stroke only DCWV nana's nursery girls stack for this one, those papers are just so sweet. The heart is cut on my cricut and then I added a little pink button and thread.


Well, I have to get my butt ready for work. The dreaded monthlies arrived this morning...ack so I feel like a bag of poop!! heat pad applied to tummy and some co-codamol taken about 10 mins ago so I should be feeling floaty light in around another 10 mins!! romfl!!!!!!

Morning Peeps!!

Hope you are all having a fabby wednesday!!! I am looking forward to a good cup of tea and a cake at Mo's class tea shop this afternoon!!! he has a mixed year class with years 1 and 2 in and his years turn was last time so this time he gets to sit and have juice and a cake with me!! yey!!! we are taking my mum too so that will be lovely and cheer her up a bit as she is so sore and waiting for her new spine operation date.

So I have my Cuddly Bddly DT make for you to peek at this morning!! with all the olympic goings ons and little peeps sorts days recently I felt the need for a boy card!! and lucky for me this cute little I win, I win digi (..drawn by gorgeous big sis!!) was just sitting there waiting for me to use him!! he's so sweet winning his little race!!! I coloured him up with my promarkers and that was the job done, all in one layer which gave me some room to play with my tim holtz mini rosette die and chip block die to make him a little winners rosette!! too cute!! I added one of kim's 12 round greetings to the bottom left too. I printed it in the normal b&w and then coloured it in with my mustard promarker to match the rosette which I had coloured up too!!!

Right cuppa time!!!!

Sweet Dreams Wryn- Tiddly Inks new release!!

so there is a new Wryn release over in the Tiddly Inks store and she is way too cute!!! and to make it even more exciting there are 2 Wryn's in the download!!! squeeeeeee!! and here they are!!!!

I totally couldn't resist making a funny card!!! everyone is talking about 50 shades of grey...which I have not read yet...!! so I made myself a sentiment in word to go with that theme!! he he he!! Love it!!!!! and Wryn of course got coloured in all 5 shades of cool grey promarker too!!!!! yey go me!!!! mono and cute!!!!


ooh and even more exciting!! she comes with the paper I used on this card too!!!! Christy is just the best! this paper was just so perfect for her,its gorgeous.

Today is an extra special Fetch A Sketch challenge day as for their sins Ruth and Jenny are letting me loose on my first sketch!!!!!  so as you can guess I am totally nervous about it as I have never made a sketch before so be gentle with me!! lol!!!

So here it is........

Getting Funky on a sunday!!!

Papers from Wishes and Kisses from Funky Hand.

Morning Peeps...well just barely! its almost lunchtime here!!! :) we have been having a very lazy morning here in the Daubney household. Mo and I are still in our pj's and scott has just got back from walking the fluffy princess so she is softly snoring on her bed and Mo is watching 'Journey 2 the mysterious island'.......again!!!! he he he!!! its a lovely little peeps film. Its so cute because everytime they make it through the cave we hear "its beautiful" then " I need a mini elelphant..." 

So I thought I would share a little book I made using the awesome new Wishes and Kisses cd rom from Funky Hand. I had the 'you're engaged' colourway to play with and I love it! it is just about perfect for everything!!!! especially a beach loving little mo.......

 I used the giftcard template to make a little folder to hold some of Mo's favourite beach piccies in. I trimmed a slither of each of the photographs for the page of my little surfer dude! I popped a mini eyelet through each one and a bit of twine, I really like the effect it made.

 The best thing about Funky Hand cd roms is that Anice takes a very long time making sure that all the papers in each colourway go together tickety boo no matter which ones you choose. For this next page I chose 2 totally different papers and they look awesome together. I ripped some big holes in them to poke a little mo and his poem through!!

 For the last couple of pages I used 5 different papers, you can just about see the little green paper cut with my cheery lynn die behind the piccies of me and scott with mo-ster.
I cut the mummy and daddy with my lord tim chip block die and some scraps of yellow card from my scraps box...which is completely over flowy again and I need to sort that out....:)

Now, while I remember Anice will be on Create & Craft on wednesday morning at 8am and 11am so don't forget to tune in and see some more awesome samples and the Wishes and Kisses cd in action!! if you can't wait until then there are some fabulous videos from Anice over on the Funky Hand website.

Right, I had better think about getting dressed really. We are off out for a big family of 12 meal with my dad and my little sisters. I am so looking forward to it because my big sister will be there too and I haven't seen her properly for a few weeks. Watch out chinese restaurant here we come!!!!! Mo is especially excited as Boo and Jake haven't been before and he wants to show them everything they can choose from!!!!

Holly's christmas card!!

Morning peeps!!

I have finally made a start on my christmas gifts!!!...well how could I resist with this super cute Fergus Macfluff tent card from Cuddly Buddly?!! its way too cute and a super template too! it comes with the card pieces and box all ready for you to just print out and cut and ooooh it was fun to make!!

I added a few bells and twine and some little red photo corners and added some of Holly's favourite yummy doggy treats inside! I am still loving red,white and blue at the minute with all the jubilee and olympic going ons!! so I am popping this cutie over in the challenge on the Allsorts challenge blog this week which is red,white and blue!!

I am super duper excited too as my awesome prize from the TOMIC challenge blog came yesterday!!! squeee omgosh its absolutely awesome!! I will be back tomorrow hopefully with some makes using some of my gorgeous stamps and the new swirl with flower leaf die!! its sooooooooo exciting!!! :)
