Image- Reader from Saturated Canary.
Morning peeps!!!
the gorgeous Saturated Canary DT have got a lovely post full of inspiration for you this morning, ooooooooh its a good one! you don't want to miss it, the creations are soooo pretty you will be drooling all over your pooter keyboard!!!
And this gorgeous little wooden plaque using 'Reader' is my make. I used some of my stroke only MME Quilting Bee papers and some flowers from my stash, a bit of gauze and a die cut heart, glued it all on in a splodgy Lou manner and voila!! she was done!!
I stepped out of the comfort zone of fussy cutting and just ripped around the edges of her and then added some distress ink, that was sooooo much fun! I am going to do that a whole lot more. She has some glossy accents on her glasses to get the real glass colour change look. I think you can just about see it on the first piccy!
The plaque is gorgeous, I got them ages ago and they have just been sat (....admittedly under the pile of poo on my craft table and I found them the other day during the mass tidy up mission!!!) but ooooh I think I need some more now!
Right then, I best go get on! I haven't done Mo's pack up yet and Scott is at work today too (...boo for overtime :( I love my date days with Scott :( ...more boo for overtime....) ah well, more crafty time it is then!! romfl!!
Thank you so much for fighting past the tumble weeds to come see me!!
huge hugs Lou xxxx
