Love you more than coffee...

Image- Love you more than coffee from Mo's Digital Pencil.

Afternoon peeps!!

I am just popping in quick before I go and get changed for work as I am going in at 4pm until 1am today due to needing the day for Scott's Grandad's funeral :( so I am quickly blogging this before I go jump in the shower and get my uniform on.

I managed to get a quick bit of crafty time in with my short sunday though to get this uber fab girl coloured up. I think she's just fab!!

I went uber CAS as she comes with 2 fabulous sentiments! I used one for the outside then on the inside I made her smaller and placed her down in the bottom corner, using the other sentiment for the inside of my card!!!

A little twine and a coffee cup kinda textured heart was all the front needed really.

Right, off to whizz in the shower!
Thank you for popping in,
huge hugs Lou xx

Boy Power!!!

Stamp- My Super Boys clear stamp set from Tiddly Inks.
Paper- Superhero paper set 1 from Carina Gardner.
Evening all!!

well this is a late post for my lil bloggy tonight but we have had a super fun family day and I kinda forgot I had a card to make until around an hour ago so in between driking my cup of tea, facebook wombling and watching the world rally highlights I have managed to redeem myself and get said forgotted card made!! he he he!!

And oh boy is he a cutie!! I absolutely love this lil stamp! he is so perfect for a zillion things and I knew he was the one to turn to when my friend asked for a superhero card and said the lil guy recieving it loved batman!! win win situation with this stamp!!

All fussy cut out and coloured in, he is standing proud and ready for ker-powey battle-ness on some hot glue! I love it because he is safely on and the glue dries soooo good with my new whizzy pen glue gun (...huge thanks to Dawny, En and Kath who MADE me buy it...least thats what I told Scott anyway as it plomped into the amazon basket a few weeks ago!!!)

And what did I do with my gorgeous guys today? well...we went on the sky trail at nottingham watersports centre.....except....my legs completely froze after the 2nd bridge and i just could not brave it any further! totally unexpected! I am a little but dissapointed with myself for that one but at least I managed to get a few piccies of my little spider monkey zooming off to enjoy the fun!! he LOVED it!!! which we were so proud of because his co-ordination is not great but he just whizzed away!!! Scott loved it too but had a hard time keeping up with Mo who was just zooming all over the place! he finally took himself down when it got a bit too busy for his liking but they had had a good hour of it being quite quiet so that was plenty of time!!

Right, off to bed for me now!!

huge hugs and thank you for popping in

Chocolate heart....

Image- Chocolate heart from Mo's Digital Pencil.
** Until Valentines day you can get this cutie for just $1**

Morning all!!

I soooo wanted to post this little cutie last night but alas due to cold UK weather the glossy accent drying conditions were not perfect so (...after pokin' it every 10 mins and saying is it dry yet....) I reluctantly pootled off to bed leaving it half done in its cuteness on my table!!

I was then spurred on to finish it off this morning (..by someone small and 10 saying "ooooooh mumma is this for me? is this mine? is it done yet? can I take it now?" as I was laid in bed...yup...you never saw me get up sooo fast whilst calmly saying "oooh not quite finished yet poppet" and crying inside "don't squish it" in slow motion...y'all can see the scene now right?!!!!!)

So here it is, all soooo uber cute and done and awwwwwww I just loves it!!!!.....and he can have it when he gets home from school since it seems it isn't going to make it in hiding until tomorrow!!!!

Well, its cold and windy here today so I am hunkering down to some crafting and Scott is getting in some catch up with some bits time!!

Have a great day everyone! huge hugs Lou xxx

May............

Papers- My Girl ( american crafts)

Hi everyone!!! its almost hump day!! even more exciting this week as its school out on friday and I can't wait for some extra time with my lil guy!

I had some playtime with May from the new year bundle Krista put together in the Saturated Canary shop. I love her. I coloured her up with my promarkers and added a few white gel pen dots to her hair.

I wanted to create a bit of a different back ground for her, like leopard print but in the colours from my image so I got to work playing with my promarkers in squiggly patches and darker lines, it was sooo much fun! then a good splodge of blender pen to smoosh it all in together and she was good to go! time for some super sweet papers, distressing and layering fun and I was done.

Right got to go, I'm still fighting the lergy so a cuppa and a hot wheaty bag are next on my list before I have some more crafty fun!!

Huge hugs Lou xx

Guilty of love in the first degree!!

Hi everyone!!

I'm in with a make for you all this morning and I just had to get one of those stunning new Tiddly Inks release stamps inked up for you all!!

I can't help myself with this release! I just love every single one of them!! this one is called 'Guilty of love in the first degree' (...yup...I have been singing that bananarama song ever since I wrote it too!! he he he!!!)

Christy is so clever when she puts these sets together. She has the cutest little trio of hearts in the stamp set that is just curved so perfectly for going around a circle die cut! its a dream!!! and it makes such a gorgeous little edge detail too.

I tried to colour her up with a bit of a smokey flash background so it looks like she is having one of those police photo's taken after being arrested!! then the little film strip die cuts worked just pefrectly and the sentiment speaks for itself for the theme!! I LOVE IT!!!!!

Thank you for popping in

A lil birthday bag o' love!!!

Papers- DCWV The birthday wishes stack.
Hiyah peeps!!

I am a bit late popping in today. I have stopped and started with my make all day, still not feeling quite tippy top so my energy is lacking! lol! but never the less I got my little cutie finished about 5 mins ago so its time to share.

And the spookiest thing is, I was sat fussy cutting this little lady this morning when my messages beeped and it was none other than the gorgeous Christy Croll messaging me!! so it must of been super fate that I decided on this stamp to colour up and do a make with today!! he he he!

Those little ikea bags were still sitting on my kitchen side so I decided to make a lil birthday bag o' love with her!! the cute little sentiment is from one of my other fabulous new tiddly stamp sets. Its soooo hard to choose which one you want to use when you have them all laid out in front of you! they are all just soooo delicious!!!!

You would laugh if you were sat at my house right now, Mo is just going in the bath and he and daddy are discussing the terriblness of Mo's bathroom toilet ( ...its dreadful! it doesn't flush well at all) and they are discussing the best way to get rid of the poop that gets stuck!! lovely!!! its a very fix it manly conversation!!!

Thank you for pooping in on me ;)

huge hugs Lou xxxx

Spoiled....

Image (comes with sentiment included)- Spoiled from Mo's Digital Pencil.
Papers- Studio Calico Take Note Collection.

Hi everyone!
Well I am still in the world of snot and it took me a long time to make my card today because I had to go back to bed after being up all night coughing, I just couldn't keep going! blooming buggles!! hoping to pick up soon.

Anyway, I woke up and just had to purchase myself a bit of cuteness! I think she is just fabulous. She comes with that fabulous sentiment that is just matched to her so well.

I splodged on some colour and had some fun with layers of paper and distressing  and then of course a few pearls....well, you gots to look after a spoilt girl right?!!!

Right, I am off to see if I can keep my head up enough for a mooch around the silhouette store, I didn't even manage my excited tuesday shop there with my subscription because I have been feeling so rough.

Huge hugs for you all

Olive green and Pear green.
Tulip yellow and Mustard.

Morning all,

Sorry I am a bit late on getting going this morning because I have been zapped by the icky fluey bug. I have a wonderful temperature, fabulous headache, superb snotty nose and a delightful snotty nose....see I can put a positive spin on a lergy too! lol!!

So, for em its a double date challenge day again! over on the Tiddly Inks challenge blog we are having a game of Tingo!! ( Tiddly Inks + Bingo = Tingo...yeah, I am daft but I thought you might all like it!!).

Grab your favorite Tiddly Inks stamp or digital image and choose any line of the Tingo grid, making sure you pass through the center and use your Tiddly Inks image or stamp!!
(**remember...We love to see any new creation, a card, 3D project, journal page etc
but you must use a Tiddly Inks stamp or image to be eligible for the prize**)

And over on the Passion for Promarkers challenge blog, our Marie has chosen a theme of 'One for the Boys'. Our sponsors for this weeks challenge on the pfp challenge blog are Letraset with a Fantasy pack of 12 pens and Polka Doodles. Don’t forget, as always, to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Letraset products (i.e. promarkers, flex markers, aqua markers, tria markers, metallic markers or neon markers).

So I went all out boy using one of Christy's stamps from the Stamping Bella Christy Croll range, Cakey Watt. I absolutely adore him. I teamed him up with the fabulous Boys will be boys download from Funky Hand, a gears cutting file from the silhouette store and a little 'cool' from my yummy new Tag Builder Blue Prints 3 set.

And here's the little card out of its envelope. I love how this comes together, its just a perfect combo of all things fun!

Right, I am off to get some more tablets! I am not too proud to admit that my pj's will be on under my jeans for the school run and I will be snuggling back down in bed to try and recover from the nasties!
