Jack and Bobbin....awwwwwwwww!!!

Stamp- Elisabeth Bell Jack and Bobbin.
Trim- Mini pom poms.
Morning peeps!!

I am still working away and this posty is all scheduled so I hope Mr Blogger is behaving today!!!

I was in a christmassy mood and ooooooooh this awesome step card die came in my DT box so I just had to give it a whirl (...oh my..you need it its fab!!!).

I love, love, love this stamp too! it is just so very cute. All coloured up with promarkers and then it was onto fun putting the step card together.

I love the dimensional 'pop' of this die! its way to much fun to put together and it looks so pretty when it is standing up all finished.

I just added an extra little tab and sentiment onto it. It really didn't need much more than the awesome die and wonderful stamp on it.

Scott, Mo and I are all still full of cold :( and Mo is struggling a squidge...just in time for SATs week....gulp!!! so calpol and vapour rub at the ready this morning...and a zillion cuddles which are totally the best medicine ever!!!!

Have an awesome day peeps!! Thank you for popping in on me!!

Poppy....

Writing by Mo.
Thumbprints by Mo, mummy and Daddy!
Stem and leaf drawn by Mo!
Morning Peeps!

Not a make from me this morning, its a family Daubney collective make this morning!!!

I asked Mo to write a little for me about what he knew of remeberance day, this is what he wrote. Then Mo, Scott and I did our thumbprints in red paint to make the poppy and Mo printed his 'peter pointer' finger for the center. It might just be a little thing and a small family effort but if it helps my 8 yr old to think about all that have been lost to war I am one happy mamma.

So I am sat at my pooter now, Scott has fixed the skirting board in the lounge and is on the changing the tap washers in the bathroom and downstairs loo mode and Mo is constructing a mass train track in his room with his brio. Poppy is fast asleep on the settee.

I had a wonderful day at my little craft stall yesterday and sold a whopping £27 worth of bits for me and £17 for my sister :) I can't tell you how exciting that is for me as it was my first outside with a zillion strangers experience! I won't be doing loads of stalls because i just craft for a hobby and I don't want to get lost in that whole make it a business thing because then it would be no fun but I am so super happy I was brave enough to do it because I had 2 major I am not doing it wobbles whilst I was poorly last week!!!

I am a bucket of snot this morning, along with Scott and Mo who are also buckets of snot (...we are family....its good to share.....!!) and I have a whole load of DT bits to catch up on after a week of no makies but the sun is shining and I am a happy bunny!!

Huge hugs to you all

2 birds with one Batty notebook!!

Image- My Batty Hero.
Morning everyone!

I am still sick so it is a super good job I had made this notebook last week for the new Tiddly Inks Anything Goes challenge because my gorgeous Boss Lady Denise over on the Passion for Promarkers DT said I could use it for our new challenge over there today too which is Geeks in Glasses

The Passion for Promarkers challenge is sponsored by Letraset this week  and you could win a 6 pack of flexmarkers!!
Don't forget for the Tiddly Inks challenge you need to use a Tiddly Inks stamp or image to play along.

I decided to  alter a little notebook for my Anything Goes and My Batty Hero is so cute for that. I love his little bat goggles!!!
right got to go, need to take some paracetemol and try and get myself going for the school run!!

Mo had a little cry yesterday morning but the teachers were amazing with him, I left feeling so very sad watching him go in upset :( I got home and put the kettle on and was just having a good old cry when the phone rang. It was his school letting me know he was absolutely fine. Now I don't know about you but I think that is so thoughtful and pretty amazing. I was so cheered by that phonecall, and when I went to fetch the little guy he was full of smiles, super happy and super chatty!! here he is before he went off to school yesterday, it was the first day he had worn his school uniform ( hence the wobble we think when he got to school as it was a change and he doesn't do change    ) I took some photo's and he wanted a 'cool pose' one too!!!

Have a great day everyone

Pop up wedding!!!

Morning everyone!

Please excuse me for being a little squidge lazy this morning but I am poorly so I am copying and pasting my post that I wrote for the DTDF inspiration blog to pop over here too.

well on Friday I gave you all a choice of which die I would use on my bloggy post this morning on the DTDF facebook page and this is the one that won by oooooodles of votes!!

And it was fun to play with too! I cut it out twice and then carefully snipped the carriage out to use on the front of the card so that I could have patterned paper o the inside of my card. Using a double sided paper made that super easy to get it all co-ordinated and there was still enough left over for making a couple of embellies to match!! yipee!!

Here's the inside....

Tiddly Inks new release day!!!!!

Image- Dinomite.
Papers- Cave Folks.
Good morning peeps!!!

I am a little squidge late with my post this morning as all my best laid plans went snoringly out of the window last night when dopey here fell asleep right after trick or treating with a very sleepy Mo!!!

I had planned to take piccies of the other cards I had made with this new release and write my blog post all scheduled styley last night but due to being in the land of nod none of that got done! then this morning I had a dog walk to do with the goregous Tyson and then the school run followed by getting my nails all pretty with the gorgeous Kristie so I had to wait until now to do my post!!

But oooooooooooh my gosh!!!!! you will so adore the new tiddlies!! please pop on over to Christy's blog for tonnes of gorgeous creations by the Tiddly Inkers! if you have been hankering for boy images (..Mo and I totally have!!) then this is the release you have been waiting for!! its just perfect!! and I will be sharing a few more makes over the next few days too!!

I just had to go for Dinomite! this little trio is so perfect...plus Mo loved it!!!! how cute is this?!!!.......
and I teamed them up with the fabulous Cave Folks papers!! I love this set and they were a match made in dinoland for this card!! it really didn't need anything else than the papers and the image but I couldn't resist adding a little hessian strip!!

Right, I have to go! I have the 'I am due on mega munchies + headache' so I need to go feed that beast with a warm salad and paracetemol but before I go, here we are all ready for Trick or Treating last night!! Boo was a zombie schoolgirl and Mo of course was a Mad Scientist and me?! I am the witchy in the mirror!!!!

Thank you for popping in!!

Morning peeps!! Welcome to the Tiddly Inks Halloween Blog Hop!  Today, the Tiddly Inkers are celebrating our favorite time of year with a beautiful and fun hop for all of you!!

There are many blogs along the way and we'd love for you to leave a comment on each blog.  Leaving a comment will make you eligible for a chance to win a most fabulous prize; a $10 gift certificate to anything digital in our store!  The winner will be announced on November 3rd!

Along the way you will see a number of NEW Tiddly images you've never seen before.  It's a bit of a sneak peak as the release isn't until tomorrow.  Make sure to join us back on the Tiddly Inks blog tomorrow for the new release and a chance at winning your choice of one of the new digital stamps!!!

For my card I used the stunning Gossmere, she is an older Tiddly Inks image but she is from one of my absolute favourite image sets Christy has done, the gothic ones, I love them! can't get enough of them...need some more Boss...hint hint...  ;)

I went for making a bit of a scene with some more of the fabulous Tando Creative shapes my friend Lythan sent me and painted the skelly with glow in the dark paint again! Mo decided it should be a girlie skelly so we added a bow and a boo tag to her head!! he he he!!

There's another piccy down at the bottom that shows her bling off a bit more and how skelly is kinda shiny!!!
So!! now its time to hop hop hop!!! have fun!!

I love you Rabbit.....

Morning everyone!

I haven't done a Gorjuss make in a little while so I decided it was time to get on that on saturday and had a wonderful time playing in my craft room and making this.

I have had this stamp for ages and not inked it up so I was really pleased to have a play. The bunny is coloured up to match the colours of my friend Charlotte's bunny who sadly died last week :( this is the gorgeous Bella....
But I didn't want it to be a card that just got put aside because it wasn't multi function!! so I turned it into.... a desk calendar!!
Charlotte really liked it and sent me a message to say she is going to pop it on her desk at work and that Bella often came up to her the same way as the bunny in the picture. Its so nice to just make a little surprise for your friends.
So, there have been tears and sicky tummy feelings this morning...and that was just me!!! the little guy however, he seems quite excited about his first day at his new school! ( ...and thanks to Mr clock change he has been ready since 5:10am.........) so I am super hopeful he will have a wonderful first day  today!
please excuse my rubbishy phone camera!!! I love how he has had his backpack on a while and it is totally empty!!!!!

Right got to go! I have a cheesy sandwich to make for a little guys pack up!!

Have a great day everyone!

So its totally raining here today so Mo and I have been snuggled up this morning watching The Muppets Christmas Carol. Saturated Canary challenge 55- Alter Something!!

Stamp- Tawny.
Papers- Prima Blooming retro 'Apple Tree'

Afternoon Peeps!! its time for a new challenge over on the Saturated Canary challenge blog and this week its a super fun one chosen by moi!!! :)

The theme for Challenge 55 is.....

"Alter Something"
so let yourself go wild using any SC image to alter something!!
think journals, tin cans, candles etc!!

Now for the details....

You must use either a:
Saturated Canary Digi
Saturated Canary rubber stamp,
or Simply Sassy rubber stamp

I went for a little diary makeover for mine and stamped out the super cute 'Tawny' stamp. I coloured her up with my promarkers and then fussy cut around her, I LOVE that bear hat!! I so want one!!! he he he!!!

Then all I had to do was a little die cutting and gluing onto the front of the diary. I kept it quite simple since its a diary and will probably be going in and out of someones bag so I though flowers and stuff would just rip off!!

I did give it a really good spray with my crafters companion spray and shine to protect it, I love that stuff!!!

Right got to go get myself busy. Mo has a buddy here to play with and I have the worlds biggest pile of ironing to get stuck into! but I don't mind that one little bit, I love it! its that gorgeous warm soapy softener smell and watching those creases just slip away, love it!

Thank you for popping in
Huge hugs Lou xxx
