Cuddly buddly- swirls and bling and Little Mo sweetie shop.

Image- Snowman Greetings from Lilyboo designs.

Good afternoon peeps!!!

We have had a busy little day here. We were up at 5:30am so I printed out a few yummy Funky Hand papers and got on with my challenge card for the Cuddly Buddly's lets keep creating challenge of 'Swirls and Bling'. Oooh what a dream challenge!! one cute snowman image, my cuttlebug divine swirls folder and some bling later and it was done.

Then onto our day.We all wore red to honour the very very brave Red  4 who lost his life yesterday. Living in our village the red arrows become second nature to us as we see them fly all the time. Our thoughts and prayers are with Flight Lieutenant Jon Egging's family at this sad time.

Mo decided he wanted to make a sweetie shop so that was this morning activity!! He turned a cardboard box and a kitchen roll holder into his sweetie factory ( the sweeties went into the bags via the kitchen roll holder attached to the box with a bag held at the bottom of the tube by asisstant mummy, all very technical!!!)

Then after making up the little bags of sweeties, he iced some cupcakes and decorated them and decided they should all be 10p each.( no dinosaurs were harmed in the making of the cakes.....!!)

I made him a little tray to carry them in from an old wooden banana box and some gingham ribbony stuff...( and please note the nestied blue funky hand paper toppers " to make my sweeties look fessional" ..think that meant professional but it was cute so mummy and daddy melted instead of correcting the little guy!!!)
and off we went around the grandparents selling sweeties!!!
He did very well ( think the cuteness helped in the selling!!) and came home with his little penny bag
( attached to the front of his tray!!) "full to the brim" in his words!! toooooo cute!!!

Now, today was fabulous, just what having little peeps in your life is all about. Little Mo was so chuffed with himself that he had sold his little sweets in his sweet shop and then this afternoon we all went off for a bike ride to the park. Call me daft, but can life seriously get any better?? it must of taken all of 30 minutes to make this little guy his sweet shop but oh my did he enjoy it and hopefully it will be a very happy summer holiday memory for him.

Well, I had better go serve out tea!! chicken for me and mo, gammon for dady with new tates, corn on the cob and carrots, yummo!!!

Huge hugs Lou xxxx
