Bunny Zoe's- Fairies and Truly Scrumptious-Things with Wings.

Stamp- mini tilda fairy.
 Hello Peeps!!

After several attempts to blog this little cutie for the Truly Scrumptious challenge blogs Things with wings challenge and Bunny Zoe's challenge blogs Fairies challenge this morning and giving up I have finally managed to get it to post tonight!!!!

I promise its not just a black box with magnolia swirls stamped on it!!....... it opens up to show this little magnolia mini fairy!!! she is mounted on acetate and bounces magically as if she is flying...cute!!! so here is a piccy of the open box...

I made the flowers with my SU boho flower punch and filled the centres with some yummy seed beeds. The fronds are of course, martha!! The big 'bubbles' are some clear beads. The bottom of the box I covered with silver mirri card so that the whole bottom and sides reflect on each other.

The paper is ....yep you guessed it....from Funky Hand!!! I just love those swooshy swirls. Heres a close up of inside the box, sorry the pictures aren't great, its surprisingly hard to take piccies of fairies in boxes!!!!

So tonight I  am watching a rather vintage Tron with Scott ready for watching the new one tomorrow night, I have to admit we are having a few giggles at the SFX!! when I was little they were awesome but when you compare them to what we have now its mind boggling how they do it!!!!

Thank you for popping in on me!

Fetch a sketch challenge 1.

Image- Penny Black transparent Wonderful Day set.
Paper from Funky Hand.

Hello peeps!!!!! wow its been a scorcher today!! hot, hot.hot!! and do you know what else is hot??!! the new Fetch A Sketch challenge blog!!!
It has been lovingly cultivated and dreamed up by my lovely Funkette team mates Ruth and Jenny and I have so been looking forward to it.

I got home at 1:15pm and was so sleepy but a good old cup of coffee and mooch around bloggy land woke me up a bit and I got started on my card. The sketch is fab so pop over to the challenge blog and get have a go at it.

The gingham paper is of course Funky Hand, which might I add is one of the sponsors this week, and the little bit of flowery paper I stamped myself using 2 of the flowers in my Penny Black stamp set. The adhesive lace is from my stash.

I got that far then went to fetch Mo from school, had tea, had a shower and....yep you guessed it...fell asleep!!! so I got up around 20 mins ago to finish it off!!

Do you ever forget about your old colouring methods??! Well, I do and whille I was looking for the adhesive lace this afternoon I found my old faithful earth tone chalks and brights set so I decided I would colour my stamp in with them, I had actually forgotten how easy and cute the finished result is with chalks!! love it!!!
(mmmmm...confession time...mr. hedgie on the left there has a bit of a darker tummy...never lick the melted double decker chocolate off your finger then blend tummies with the damp yet delicious as it was finger......!!!)

So thats my little entry for the fabby first sketch over on the new Fetch a Sketch challenge blog!! I am also popping it in the challenge over on Penny Black at allsorts.

I am off to indulge in a lovely cold shandy now before I get busy out in my little crafty room again. I would love it to rain tonight to freshen the air up but it just keeps doing teeny showers.
Thank you for popping in on me!!
Huge hugs Lou xxx

Just my cup of tea!! new download from Funky Hand.

Hello peeps!! so lovely of you to pop in on me for some afternoon tea!!!!!!

This is, of course, a bit of a celebration post for the fab and funky new 'Tea's Up' download from Funky Hand. I love, love, love it.
My first card just had to have a bit of Betty on it!! she is from the Love 'n' That Betty stamps set. I swapped her heart choccies out for one of the great toppers included in the download.

so, here is a quick piccy of some of the yumminess you will get in your Tea's Up download. (click the piccy to be taken straight to it!!) It has some seriously cool grungy tea stained papers in it too which I lurve!! so cool and for £3.49 its just my cup of tea pricewise too!!!! :)

And onto a bit of a funny birthday card!!! I promise its a clean teabag!! I distressed it with antique linen distress inks and it came out great!!! The tag is from my SU tiny tags set and all I did was sew it through the teabag on a bit of thread!!!
You can just about make out some of the tea splats on the flowery paper.
...and once I had used one teabag, I graduated onto a teaspoon and teabag!! I still think the next card I make with these awesome papers will have a real teacup on!!!!!
Don't you just love that kettle paper?? I do!!!

Oh.... I just had to add this one in too......

ROMFL!!!! I just couldn't resist!!!!! thanks go to McD's for the stirrer, Twycross zoo cafe for the sugar sticks and my tea caddy for the teabag!!!!!! :) :) This awesome tea cup file came from Paulo's blog and here is a link. If you haven't looked at his blog before you should because it is jaw dropping awesome!!!

We have had a lovely day at Twycross zoo again, we got there early and had a lovely womble and left at 1:30pm when it got a bit too warm for wombling around!!! We got some cute piccies of thing 1 and thing 2....ooops sorry, I mean the boys............so I will post a couple when Scott does whatever he does on the big gadget boy pooter later!!!

LOTV challenge 102- a sketch.

Morning peeps!!

Well,we were up early at the house of daubney today thanks to someone's car alarm going off.....repeatedly so I gave up trying to go back to sleep and decided to get busy doing some making instead.

When I turned on my google reader the new LOTV challenge was up and it was a yummy sketch by Donalda so that was what I decided to work on first!! Pop over there to see the sketch and their DT's awesome cards, I love them all!! I am also entering this cutie in the I love promarkers challenge blogs Anything Goes challenge. I used blush, soft peach, buttercup, sandstone, caramel, dusky pink, pear green, olive green and ivory to shadow. And the Sweet Stampin challenge blogs Things with Wings challenge.

I decided my new little pom pom fairy was going to get her first inking for this one!! I bought her at the stamp magic show, (along with 11 other  LOTV friends to keep her company...!!!!) and I love how this card turned out. The sketch is so nice to work with so I can see a few more popping out yet!!!!

I stamped her with memento rich cocoa onto a fabric doily and then coloured her with promarkers. They bled a little on the material but I have decided they added to the sketchy look of the cute little fairy. You can just about pick out the sparkle on her pom poms and wings but its still a little overcast here so taking a piccy is tricky!!!!

So don't forget to pop over to the LOTV challenge blog and look at the sketch, I am not putting a piccy on here or you wouldn't go for a visit now would you!!!!!! :)

Off to work/school for me and Little Mo, who has lost another tooth this morning!!! oh my goodness, he has such a huuuuge gap now with all 4 front teeth gone, I must admit he looks kinda cute though and the lisp he has gained is so sweet!!!!!

Thank you for popping in on me, huge hugs Lou xxxx

SUGAR AND SPICE.

So what is Sugar and Spice? well, this week our challenge this week is to make a sarcastic or humorous card. using one of your Tiddly Inks Images. If you need a little inspiration, pop over to the Tiddly inks challenge blog and see what the other Tiddly Inkers have been creating, they are so awesome. Love y'all girls xxxxx

For my card I used the gorgeous gothic Toasting Properly. The gothic characters over on Tiddly Inks are my fav gothic characters out there, they are fabulous and I decided that my toasting properly was having a good old glass of champagne!! ( of course it had to be gothicly coloured burgundy champagne...I know it doesn't exist but it looks great and I would love some!!!!)
The I love bubbles sentiment from create with TLC was just perfect for this one!! Love it!!
So go grab your fav Tiddly Inks images and make us something sugary and spicey to look at!! can't wait to see your creations!

Fore You!!!

Image- The Big Guy Golfing from Mo's digital pencil.
Papers- FBQ bear necessities from Nitwit collections.

Morning peeps!!
I hope you are all having a wonderful fathers day, we are. We have been down to the golfing range for Daddy and Mo to send a few balls flying and now we are all vegging out at home!

This card is the one I made for my step dad for fathers day. He has gone off golfing for the day so we took it at 7am this morning before we left.

I was super inspired by Liza over on the cupcake craft challenge blog DT for this card. I am entering their boy oh boy oh boy challenge with it so thank you oodles Liza xxxx

For mine I used The Big Guy Golfing from Mo Manning's shop. He is fabulous!!!! I really enjoyed coloring him up with my promarkers.I cut him out with my nesties. Then I made my for you dad sentiment in word and printed it out, I punched it out with my circle punch and the de-bossed it with my tiny bubbles embossing folder in my cuttlebug.
I popped it out by rolling one of Little Mo's huge marbles around on the back of it!!! I love how it turned out!!! (and yes, I drew the tee and it is pants!!!) and it is popped up on some foam

I made the background using my FBQ Bear necessities papers from Nitwits collections. I lurve these digi papers and elements. The little ropey bit was from the Aye Aye captain nitwits. I put it all together in paint shop so that it printed out as one layer and I made the inside to match.

I added some doodles around the edges to finish it off and a bit of chalking to soften the edges before I glued it down onto my card.

Challenges I am entering with my big guy!!!:

Right, I am off for a cuppa now and a little nibble of something to eat. Thank you for popping in on me!!

whoops....

Image- Whoops from Tiddly Inks.
Sentiment- a freebie from Create with TLC.
Papers from my MME freebie pad.

Morning peeps!!!

How are you all today? great I hope!!! I have been up for a while and having some crafty fun already!!!

I wanted to try out my fabby new black watermark so naturally I had to get out some of my stroke only fav papers and make something delicious and summery!!!

My gothic cutie Whoops from Tiddly Inks ( linky up there ^ under the card piccy!!) and the funny sentiment I got from Create with TLC ( yup, linky up there ^ too!!!) worked together so well on this one!!!
I popped my sentiment on a little McDonalds coffee stirrer to make it into a little sign and my Whoops had to have Little Mo's fav icecream flavour which is mint choc chip!!!

Challenges I would like to enter with this gothic cutie are:
The Charisma cardz pink and green challenge.
and the Stamp Something Pretty Papers challenge.

Its a little overcast here today :( but on a positive note, wobbler number 3 came out yesterday for little mo. Unfortunately he lost it at school...luckily he wrote the tooth fairy a letter with a map to show her where school was and she left him a letter last night with a shiny gold coin to say she had found it and thank you for the map..... :) :)
Here he is with his gappy mouth!!!!
(yes, he was pooped out when I took the piccy last night and his eyes look super heavy!!! poor child!!!)
but OMGoodness, check out that gap!!!!! hope his new teeth come soon!!! he has the cutest lisp ever going on now!!!!! and you would of giggled at him this morning when he went to have a drink out of his sports water bottle!! he tried to open it with his front teeth and they weren't there!!! oh the things we take for granted!!!!!!! LOL!!!!

Have a fabby saturday!! hugs Lou and the gappy one!!!!

Something Funky!!!

Morning peeps!!

I just wanted to share scott's nanna's birthday card with you today. When Fi and I were at stamp magic last sunday we were looking at some simple cards with just sentiments on and they were beautiful so I wanted to have a go at making one. Scott's nanna's birthday is next week so she got to be my Guinea pig!!!

I have to say I am totally in shock at how gorgeous it is when you just use something simple on the front. I just chose to write Nanna in some pretty script writing. I added a few simple flowers and a little martha ( fronds....you can't have roses without martha you know...!!!)

OOOh and check out my cute new little watermark, love it!!!!!!!

And while I am writing away, I just want to remind you that the new challenge is up over on Get Funky and it is a fabulous sketch by Da Boss!!!
Here it is...click on the piccy to transport you to Get Funky and the rest of the challenge details..not forgetting the Fabulous Funky Freebie that you could use on this months challenge card!!!
The Funkettes will be posting their inspiration for you every couple of days so keep popping back and have fun creating yours!!!!

I am going to go get another cup of tea and catch up on a few blogs before I go to work. The sun is shining and Mo is busy reading, its so lovely as we are sat listening to the birds. Mo is having a bit of a wobble about school again so relaxing mornings are key at the moment. Have a great day everyone!!

Hugs Lou xxxx

My little bro's birthday!!

Hello peeps!!!

33 years ago today my little brother came into my life and I love him to bits. Today is his birthday and this is the card I made for him last week (.......it is also the card that is still sitting on my desk when it should actually be on his kitchen table because dipstick here forgot to post it, argghhhhhhh!!)

A few years ago, he did a few 'swaps' to get a VW Camper van, it was so exciting He doesn't still have it but it was such an achievement when he got  it and I was very proud of him. So his card just had to be something VW and I have this cute stamp set called Road Trip from inkadinkado.

The postcard and circle sentiment are LOTV and the paper is from my 12x12 stash.

So mahoosive apologies to my fabulous little brother Pete for fogetting to post it but hopefully he will see this and know that I didn't foget to think about him and make him one!! I hope you are having a fabulous day and love you so much xxxxxxxxx

Off to fetch Mo and have tea at my mum's now, yummo!! I love wednesdays!!! then tonight I have more bits to make and do!!
I will be back to pop in on you all later in bloggy land!!!

Another one for the lili of the valley anything goes challenge!!

Image- Love Grows from Lili of the valley.
papers- MME and cream pearlescent paper.

Hello Peeps!! me again!!

A friend at work asked me if I could make an engagement card for her to give to her friend. I just had to use one of my super sweet new Lili of the valley stamps that I bought on sunday (...yup, I got 12!!! and now I am saving up for some of the new cute little girl ones!!!) This one is called 'Love Grows' and it is a perfect little summery image too.

I cut out a heart shape with my cricut on my fabulous stamping card, (that I also bought a bit more of at the show!!! you can never have enough...) and coloured it in with my promarkers. The little pot has some pink glaze pen on and it looked so cute! I also added a little natural rafia to the heart and ran some pearlescent cream paper through my cuttlebug with the tiny hearts embossing folder, that got distressed with a bit of frayed burlap, along with the heart!!!!
And of course, the much needed punched edge from Martha!! a card should never be without one!!!!! this one is the doily hearts punch.
The teeny butterfly with its congrats sentiment is one from my stash that my lovely Kat sent me in blog candy a few years ago. I use it all the time, its so cute!!!
Here is a close up...

OMG!!! its so cute!!! I can't wait to open a few more of my stamps tonight!!!

I am going to enter this one in the LOTV challenge blogs Anything Goes challenge ( I hope its ok to enter 2?) .
And the Totally Papercrafts Summer challenge as this is such a cute summery little image.

I promise not to post anymore tonight!! :) :) and please scroll down if you are looking for my Tiddly Tuesday post!!

Tiddly Inks challenge 54- Create a one layer card.

Image- Flower Blooms fromTiddly Inks.
SU tiny tags stamp set and punch.
Red embroidery thread.
Distress ink.

Happy Tiddly Tuesday peeps!!!

Over on the Tiddly Inks challenge blog We are celebrating "crafting with a twist" for the month of June and we really twisted it this week---we have to Simplify!! OMG!!! I nearly fell off my chair when I read this one!!!!

Then a funny thing happened and I got super busy with some of Christy's coloured art. OMG they are just fabulous to work with and made the challenge so much fun. You can find a whole bunch of fabulous coloured Tiddly Inks Here...

I made a few little notecards and all I needed to do was add a little thread on one, ribbon and distress inks.

So as hard as it might be (ask the rest of the Tiddly Inkers..this was a toughy!!) get out your fav Tiddly Inks images and , please create a one-layer card , you can add a squidge of ribbon or twine.

This one uses Be Anything but typical.

Oh I love the way she is sitting there with her martini!! and check out those awesome zebra print shoes!! and the best thing is, that diamondy background that you can just about see comes altogether with the image, Yey!!! I added a little shabby shutters distress ink around the edges to tie in the yummy greens in the image, a bit of green ribbon and a flower charm.

And now onto my fav....this one was my favourite because it is so fun and it always reminds me of one of my awesome tiddly inker DT buddies, Melissa. It is called Chemical Love and I love it!!

Again, all this card needed was a little red distress ink around the edges to tie in the red in the coloured image and KAPOW!!! job done!!!
I actually have 2 more of these on the go at the mminute but I couldn't get them finished in time to post!!! I will get them finished off for later in the week!!

Now go get busy with your Tiddly Inks and I can't wait to see how you use your them for this challenge!!

Huge hugs Lou xxxxx

I just can't stop square dancing!!!!!!

Image- Inky Critters from Tiddly Inks.
Papers- Frozen Lake- Funky Seasons from Funky Hand.

Hello peeps! me again and yes, I am addicted to the sketch!!!!!! and yes I know its a christmas card but you can never start too early!!!

Here is the sketch in question....(if you click on it, it will take you straight over to Kathy's sketch blog, where you too can become addicted!!!!!!! romfl!!!!)
The gorgeous little christmas characters are the inky critters for christmas from Tiddly Inks and the totally delicious papers are from Funky Hands Funky Seasons cd. ( linkies under card piccy!!)

I have had a lovely day because sports day went ahead as planned and it was lovely. It is just an hour of little races but it was lovely to see and Mo even got a 3rd place ticket on the bat and ball race (....errrrr, have to confess....he held the ball onto the bat a little....all the way down the track!!!) and he was really brave until half way through when his asthma started to niggle him a bit. It was nice to be sat the other side of the track and see him ask his teacher if he could go get his inhaler, daft as it sounds it helps me to see that he knows when he needs it without reminders from me. The school PTA did strawberries and cream which were delicious and we were able to bring mo home a little early as the children whose parents were there were able to go home if they wanted to.

Right I am off for a cuppa now!

LOTV's anything goes challenge..

Image- LOTV Pride and Joy.
LOTV circle sentiment

Hello Peeps!!

Well, I have had a totally awesome morning with my BF at the Stamp magic show in Doncaster, ( I am pleased to report it was totally fab and I handed over 12 stamps worth of pennies to Laila at the LOTV stall!!!!!!)
I got some more fabby card...for stamping the new LOTV haul on.....and some cards and envelopes and card bags.

And now I am back in bloggy land with my trusty cup of tea next to me to post my entry for the LOTV challenge blogs Anything Goes challenge. Its their 100th challenge already!! wow, where did that time go?!!

I inked up my cute little Pride and Joy teddy, he is such an all round fabby one for the boys, which is great as I always find man cards tricky!!! if you look closely you can just about see the glossy accents on his goggles and the water.
I used my sentiment cirlce stamp, also form LOTV (....of course!!!) and wrote June (in my awful handwriting!) and circled the birthday date of this little cuties recipient on it to.

Oh and incase Fi is peeking at this post, both are stamped with Memento rich cocoa which gives the image a much softer and warmer feel before you splodge your colour on!!

The papers and lace are from my stash and the little teeny brad looking thingies are faux brads made using my hole punch. I love them and if you haven't made them yourself already, here is a little video for you I made a while ago...( now I am not saying its very good at all but it is a really neat way to make teeny faux brads out of any little scraps of paper you have lying left on your craft desk when you want it all to co-ordinate wsith your card!!!)

I am also going to pop this is for the secret crafters challenge blogs Male card challenge.

The Sketch File- June sketch!!

Me again peeps!! sorry but the weather is so pants I have been making a few bits!!

Firstly I need to apologise to Kathy's hubby who has probably just had to run up to her craft room and pick her up of the floor or wipe the coffee that she spat over her pooter because I have actually managed to do the sketch over on The Sketch File this month!!!!!!

The sketch for June was far to yummy not to do straight away and if you are an inchy fan you need to get those stamps out and get making (.....yes Miss Fi I am talking to you....!!!) Here is the sketch to get you going then just go oveer to the sketch file and add your creation into their linky tool!!!!
Isn't it fab?!

For mine I used my Inkadinkadoo Dogs Life clear stamps. I decided to use the 3 different coloured squares in the sketch as 3 different image sqaures and off I went. I added a little paw print charm I bought from Clare's shop, Cloud nine crafts in Horncastle, a little while ago to finish it off. And the paper is from Nitwits Tailwags set .

So thats me for the minute....but it does keep raining........so there might be something else later.....!!!

Little Mo funky post!!

Awwwwwww!!! how cute is it??!!!!

Morning peeps!!! its a Little Mo blog post today!!!!

Now if I had one suggestion of a crafting cd for little people, it would have to be Funky Hands Craft The Year Away papercraft factory. When I said to Mo this morning that we needed to get on with Grandad's birthday card, he took himself out into the crafty room on daddy's big boy pooter. He knows just where to find the programme because he knows the papercraft factory icon. Naturally, Mummy felt the need to click away and get some piccies!! he always amazes me with his navigation of this programme!! it really is a superb one for little peeps to play with.
The drag and drop makes the work space part of the programme so easy for Mo, he loves to place things and \i was super proud of the robot in front of the heart, he has mummy's crafty gene's me thinks!!
This always makes me giggle, he loves to watch it come out of the printer...
proud a punch with his little design all printed out...
Time to get busy..."mummy you have to ink the edges like neese does"...
 ..."and inky the card too"....
oOOh mummy's ATG....watch out for little peeps and the ATG though as you can never have enough sticky stuff on your paper..oh and you must stick your tongue out to help you concentrate too...
"splonking" his robot piece on the front, I don't know where he got the word from but its quite funny when he is making! " i will just splonk it on here mummy"
The very delicate putting on the pom pom for the antennae job....
Applying "the zig zaggy makered bit" he nabbed from my fathers day card making scraps...
So, sorry for all the piccies but proud mummy moments= a zillion piccies in our house!!!! plus they are too cute not to share!!!!!

And of course with summer hols fast approaching here in the UK, if you are thinking of a crafty purchase for your children, definitely make it the Craft The Year Away cd from Funky Hand.

Oh and on monday we had the extremely exciting wobbler number 2 come out...

It has left a mahooosive gap now it has joined the space left from wobbler number 1!!
He still hasn't got used to the tooth falling out thing and there was still a good 3 minutes of him going green, panicking and then he was excited for the tooth fairy!! she bought one gold coin for wobbler number 2.Mummy thought she would be clever and try and find a whimsical little fairy writing for the note from the fairy on her computer, I was most chuffed when I found one and happily typed out my little letter in teeny weeny size....only for mo to wake up and shout down to me and daddy...

" wow, mummy, the tooth fairy has a laptop 'cos she wrote me a letter on it this time..."

oh well!!!!! back to a handwritten one next time peeps!!!

Its a mummy and mo day here today. Daddy and Ryan have gone off for a football tournament. Mo is all chesty, think its hayfever and asthma not playing nicely so we are hamma beading, card making and just having fun today. And then I have one sleep until I get to go the the Stamp magic show!!!! woooohoooooooo!!!
Have a great saturday everyone!!

Home tweet home!

Image- Home Tweet Home from mo's digital Pencil.
Magnolia swirl stamp.
Papermania mini flower punches.
Hello peeps!!!
I hope you have all had a fabby thursday. I am feeling a squidge green today but daft as it sounds I always feel better when I just get on with things instead of mooching at home!!!!

I made this cute card for a friend who has just moved into a fabby new house, new home, new beginnings.
The challenge over on do it with digi's is Animals so I thought these 2 little loved up birds from Mo Manning  would fit in quite nicely with that. I coloured my digi up with my promarkers... sandstone, caramel, cocoa for the browns. Buttercup and pastel yellow on the birds tummies with pastel blue and denim blue on their wings and heads. Cute!!!! outlined in pastel biege for a change!

I think this card is soooo sweet! Those little birds are gorgeous. I popped some crackle glaze on the little sign, it looks a little smudgy but it did look really cute. I wrapped the rafia around my little paper peicing picky uppy tooly thing and spritzed it gently to get it to curl like twigs and I love how it came out.

On sunday I am off to doncaster to the stamp magic show. I can't wait, have been saving hard and kept back a few of my birthday pennies especially!! anyone else going?

Oh oh oh and I was super duper chuffed to get a top 3 on the LOTV challenge blog with my cute little christening card...and yep....most of my pennies are earmarked for their stand on sunday!!!!!! you can never have enough LOTV's!!!!!

Right then, off to mooch about felling rough a bit more and get an early night!! friday tomorrow, wooohoooo!!
Thank you for popping in on me! I love visitors!!!!

christening cards for 2 challenges!! LOTV and Truly Scrumptious

 Morning peeps!!

I am back down to earth with a bump today as after a week of playing and enjoying little peeps at home, its back to work :(. Its not all bad though as I work in an awesome place and have missed my friends at work.

So a quick bloggy post before I go make the little peeps at work some playdough!!

These 2 cute little cards were made for a friend to give her niece and nephew on their very special christening day yesterday. Rubi is older than Jack so she needed a bit of a bigger girls card and my gorguss princess was perfect with her cuteness and teddy and Jack got one of my fav LOTV stamps!!

I am entering Jack's card in the LOTV challenge blogs Punch it up challenge. A bit of nestie-ing, martha and SU oval punchage are just perfect for their challenge!!!!!

And Rubi's card......

...should fit in just nicely with the Truly Scrumptious challenge blogs Summer sparkle challenge with the bling on her crown and those gorgeous summery papers from my 'stroke only' cupboard!!!!!!!

Well, thats me for this morning!!
Have a great day peeps and I will catch up with all your blogginess later when I get home!!!

Paul Texting.....4 cards worth!!! romfl!!!

 Hello again peeps!!!
Another day of 2 posts!! I am blaming it on the children not wanting me much today though I did have to play referee for a bit when a zillion of them descended on my postage stamp sized garden!!!
(My little princesses' are in this post HERE if you are peeking for them!!!)

So this morning I treated myself to Mo Mannings 'Paul Texting', OMGosh, I love him!!! I have had so much fun creating a few cards with him today. He is just perfect for my nephews and I have even had to scrap the card I had already made for my nephew Warren, whose birthday was a couple of weeks ago, and make him a new one with Paul!!!
This is Warren's new birthday card.....

My little Mo has asked for this one.....
...and this one I made using Jen's first sketch from her fabulous new Deconstructed Sketches challenge blog!!
(......yep, its the first weeks sketch but I am slow and trying hard to catch up!!!! romfl!!!)

The papers are from my stash and most of them are We are memory keepers ones, I love them, got them cheap in TK Maxx, they are called 'teenage angst' very old ones but awesome patterns!! They came in little packs of 10 papers. Some had embellies in and some had stamps, some had both, like this one! the foil border strip on Warren's card and the stamps on the bottom of  this last one were in the pack too, all for £1.00!!! bargain! but that was ages ago !!!!! the crafty bits in TK Maxx are not so good now :(

Right off to nom my pizza now!! promise not to post anymore tonight!!! lol!!

huge hugs lou xxxx

By royal decree...enjoy your birthday!!!

 Morning peeps!!!

Its a beautiful sunny day here today, so nice to see the sun and it is actually rather hot shining on my legs through the patio doors!!!!

Last night ( ...after falling asleep with mo and waking up at 9pm....!!) I decided to have some crafty fun in my crafty garage! I have 2 gorgeous nieces, Harriet and Lily, who both have their birthdays coming up really soon.

A little while ago I promised Harriet I would make her a purple princess card  and my super sweet little princess from Tiddly Inks ( her name is By Royal Decree)so Harriet's is the purple one. And Lily-boo's is the red one....
I made the sentiment in word so that it would be teeny enough to fit in my SU oval punch!! aren't they sweet?!!
Just perfect for my little princess's!!
So I had a fabulous birthday yesterday. I got spoilt with beautiful handmade cards. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the zoo, Little Mo is still a bit off it so we didn't want to walk him around the zoo all day in case it made him worse so Scott drove us to ikea for a bit of shopping instead. I knew what I wanted, 2 magnetic rails, one for my kitchen knives and one for my nesties!! here it is in working order......

cool!!! I wanted it because I am always forgetting which awesome nestie shapes I have and I just know I will use them oodles more now they are out on display, I am going to buy another strip soon as there are a couple more nestie sets I NEED!!!!!!!

I am on Aunty duty again today but only have 3 peeps in the house today, its funny though as the 3 I have today, 3 including Mo are missing their partners in crime, Ryan and Kenz who have gone somewhere else today and keep asking for them!!!! its so lovely how they all get on. So far today we have bathed the dog, hung out the washing and are just vegging a bit now!!

Have a great day peeps! huge hugs Lou xxxx
