I had a wedding card to make for 2 special ladies who are getting married. I love weddings, weddings and new babies are my favourite cards to make and I LOVED making this one. Kody and Mae were just perfect because they look exactly like the 2 brides! (..though they are not cartoony they are just like these 2 cuties!!) so Kody was changed into a girl for this one and merged with Mae.
Then it was time to add some floof Lou style!!!

Right, time to get myself into gear! there is a cup of tea with my name on and I rather need it since we got up at 4:25am...sigh!! lol!!

Autumnal Alva Music.....

sentiment made up by me in word!!
Hi everyone!

Lou in with a squidge of an autumnal make today!! we have had a busy weekend after a water leak in our downstairs loo and I needed to escape into fantasy land after all the painting, new floor, new skirting and hum drumness of repair were done!!

I dove into my Bildmalarna bulk paper pack like an excited child into their christmas stocking when it arrived, its wonderful, all 12x12 and all very stroke only but I broke into one sheet to make this card!! ....and I still have a 6x12 bit left to make another day!!!

The sentiment I made up myself and printed off in word on my computer and then cut it out with the stitched circle die from Blueprints 18 set.

Thank you for peeking in

Baby Dragon Queen....

Image- Baby Dragon Queen from Tiddly Inks.

Morning gorgeous peeps of the world!!!

Its time for Fab Friday with the Tiddly Inkers and oooooh did we rock it this week!!! but we are uber spoilt with gorgeous images so it makes it super easy to have fun!!

I just had to share my Baby Dragon Queen make with you all today. I totally fell in love with this one ( ..I so want to be daenerys targaryen when I grow up....!!!!) and I decided to go for something different and crop tem out into a heart die shape.

Little baby dragon is coloured totally with dots in a tonne of different dragonny colours because I couldn't decided what colour I wanted him to be and I wanted him to look scaley!!! I love how he came out.

So..now for the Lou lecture!!! I have seen so many posts on crafty groups I am a member of over on facebook, most of them are like ..." I know I am not as good as some of you but I wanted to share..." or " I have been colouring this image for hours and I am still not as good as you guys"...urgh.... crafting is not a competition people, its a loving community. Share your makes with pride, don't worry about what others think,if you love it thats all that matters.

I colour quick, 10 mins for each image, I faff about making the card bit for sometimes 30 mins but oh my I love what I do and I absolutely adore seeing each and every persons makes. So.....

Be yourself, be gorgeous and enjoy everything!!!

Huge squishy hugs

I have sat and made a loom band and then I thought oooooh I should share one of my makes from the new Tiddly Inks release!! this one is Dark Queen and I love her!!! I decided on making my niece, boo, a card for halloween. We normally go trick or treating together but my big sister has moved 40 miles away now so we won't be able to go together this year :( so I made this card and Mo and I are going to tuck sweeties inside the box with it for her and pop it in the post!!!!

Simples..............

Morning everyone!!

I made myself go simple because I was desperate to try out my Blue Prints 18 die set!! oooh I know I always say it peeps, but its a GOOOOOOOOOD one!!!

I grabbed a stamp, coloured her up and then cropped her out with the solid circle die, then a layer for her with the stitched circle and onto the card base! One sheet of my Doodlebug designs Sugar Shoppe paper was all I needed for this one (which is good because that pad is very stroke only!!! he he he!!!) I used the two section dies and cut the same paper to keep it simples, just using the dotted border die in between the 2 layers on my atlantic blue mat to add some umpfles!!!

I cut the fishtail and then stamped my sentiment onto it, then cut the little button and added a little twine. It was just so relaxing to play with this Die Namics set,it really is a great one, going to have another play with it this week!!

Thank you for popping in
