Halloweeny Molly....

ink pads for stars- MFT ink cube set 1.
Hi everyone!!

I hope you've all had a wonderful week. I've had a bit of a mehhhhhh one but thee were lovely cheer me up highlights in it like my card and coffee with mandy and of course my Little Mo making me smile and today its time with my amazing husband that will make me smile so that kinda cancels out all the poop right???

And...when you've got super cute images to play with and just happen to love halloween that makes it all better doesn't it?? he he!! I do love this little Molly. She comes in a set of 2 halloween themed images, Halloweeny Molly 2 image set  and she is just the sweetest.

I was in a splodge it on mood so she got totally mixed media'd! digital image, stamping over her masked for the stars then a good old distress ink and frantage splodge for good measure too!! then it was a bit of die cutting fun to finish the whole thing off. I love makes like that!

Right, got to go! the little guy needs some snuggles before school...well...actually mummy does but he still happily obliges so I'm going for it!!!

Liam in the leaves.........

Watercolour background from Laura.
Morning all!!

I'm in with my Dream Team share for you today and I had to have a play with the fabulous new Liam in the leaves. I do love a boy image and this one is just the cutest because autumn leaves is one of my little guys favourite things to crunch around in!

We still have a lot of sun here so the Watercolour background from the Laura image was just what I needed to merge Liam onto, then I merged the gorgeous sentiment that comes with him over the top. Huge thanks to Maurie for .png files, I do so adore them!!!

Today I feel kinda guilty!! we are dropping our new bunny off to be neutered!! I'm sorry Marvin but those boy bits have got to go!! lol!! but in all seriousness, its so much kinder to do so because it helps them to feel so much more settled without the urges a growing bunny boy has!! thought to be fair, he has been very calm and he and Kate adore each other which is wonderful because I so didn't want Kate to be alone now the days and nights are getting cooler, she needs somebunny to hug!!

Thank you for popping in, Hugs Lou xx

Tiddly Inks challenge #191...Anything Tiddly Goes...

 Image- Monstrous Party.

It's time for another fun challenge over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog and of course it's about time we gave you free reign with those awesome images again so this time it's a good old....

Anything Goes!!

So get your fave Tiddly images/stamps and make anything you like!!

(**remember...We love to see any new creation, a card, 3D project, journal page etc
but you must use a Tiddly Inks stamp or image **)

I decided to use Monstrous Party and a really fun die set,  YNS Peek a Boo Poppers, to make them look like they are bursting through the page!! too cute!

Ok, I'm away to get ready for today. We are still very out of sorts here after the unexpected and sudden passing of our gorgeous bunny, Prince William. We are distraught as he was just such an amazing rabbit and we are giving his partner Princess Kate lots of extra love and attention until we can bond her with another bunny as soon as possible. It will be another rescue bunny so hopefully it will happen really soon. The bond between her and William really was magical so I hope she is just as happy to find another friend.
RIP Prince William.
Mo has been distraught bless him but I am hoping his school day will keep his mind busy today. We had a beautiful funeral last night and he wrote such lovely messages on the 'coffin'.

Thank you for popping in,

Rocket Chair.

Image- Rocket Chair.

Morning everyone.

For my make today I was determined to colour up an image I have never tried from the store and whilst peeking through the pages I saw this Rocket Chair image and he just made my day so of course it had to be him.

Our weekend included so much fun with Mo but also time spent watching the Paralympics and the movie, The Martian, so it seemed right to listen to what my heart said when I saw this little guy in the store. He just seemed so inspiring and I could wait to colour him up.

Today I am working on shaking myself out of the worrying mummy slumpy I seem to be in! Secondary school seems such a big thing to me still but luckily my Little Mo seems to be taking it all in his stride so its time for mummy to pull up the big girl pants and sort myself into a good routine to stop me worrying so much!

Tiddly Inks Wryn Berry Sweet clear stamp set......

Morning all!!

It's time  for Fab Friday over on the Tiddly Inks challenge blog and ooooh did the Tiddly Inkers make such cute things this week!! I do so love to see what the team have made on fab friday because the variation in styles is just delicious.

I have very much been in the mood for making something other than cards the last couple of days so out came my thin letraset paper, my trusty stampin up paper snips for fussy cutting and my gorgeous Wryn Berry Sweet clear stamp set and of course, my trusty Modge Podge!!

Scott cut me these slices of wood last year when my mum cut a tree down and they are so lovely to just make little hangers with so thats what I went for.
Here's a closer piccy of wryn...sigh...she's just so sweet.

I so have that warm and cosy friday feeling today. So far Mo has had another lovely week at school and gained a couple of gold cards in geography ( a firm new favourite lesson along with spanish) and Scott and I get some us time on a friday whilst Mo is at school which I always look forward to. We don't do anything much but its just so lovely to have some time to just be together.

Right, must dash as I need to get dressed still!!! Thank you for popping in , Hugs Lou xxx

Mo's Dream Team Blog Hop........

Image- Scarecrow.

Morning  everyone!!

Its that exciting time of the month again for a Mo's Dream Team blog hop and this time its an Autumn theme picked by our lovely Julie.

Here's the Blog Hop run in case you lost on the way......

Don't forget there are two $5 gift vouchers to spend in Mo's shop to be drawn from the participating Dream Team Designers comments so... make sure you pop in and comment on everyone's post for the blog hop to be in with the chance to win!!!

I had help with my dream team blog hop make this week with inspiration from my friends gorgeous little man who had to go to school dressed as a scarecrow this week. As soon as I saw the photo of him I had to dash over to the store to buy  Scarecrow.

He is just gorgeous and I still have some of those delicious bis of wood Scott cut me from mum's garden so of course, a little fun scene was needed!! he he!!!

I must also thank my gorgeous bunnies for giving up some hay for their mamma to tie into little bundles for my scene!!! The little pumpkins in the pumpkin patch are just halloween confetti hot glued to the wood but they look so cute!!! The crows are from my Little Mo's stampin up cookie cutter halloween set.

It's a good job I love fussy cutting because there was a lot of it to do with my scarecrow and little crows with their teeny feet!!

And of course...this scene will be on my desk for all of 5 seconds because Little Mo was trying to steal it before the hot glue dried!!!!!

Right! go get hopping peeps!!! huge hugs Lou xxxx

Inside there is a little place to pop a gift card if its a present or receipts if you use it as a shopping list book for your handbag!!

Today is pick up my new glasses day and I can't wait because the repair jobs we've had to do on my current ones have left me with a stinger of a migraine because the lenses aren't quite in the right place! I am counting down the minutes to 10:40am!!!!!!

Manly Chicks......

Stamp- Manly Chicks.
What Ho chaps!!!!

Oh I do so love these  Manly Chicks. They are just the best for those dreaded man cards and they come with 3 fabulous sentiments to choose from too which makes the man card worries just pootle away!!! yey!!!

And of course!! you have to have a good old manly paper too and in the depths of my 'stroke only's' I found this scrummy mustache paper in the  MME Find your wings and fly paper pad.

Right, I've Lou waffled enough!! I need to get myself going, there is a cuppa on the kitchen side with my name on it and a very excited little man ready for another day at school. I am so blooming proud of him I could burst.....but me? I am lost!! lol!!! what a wuss!!! have not shown the lil guy my wavering braveness though, I just need to pull on the big girl pants and chick up!!!!!! today I am going to have a good play in my craft room now it's all tidy and just chill!!!

Kayla with gingerbread.........

Morning all.
I'm in with my dream team make for you today and there was just no resisting, I had to use the brand new image,  Kayla with gingerbread.

Isn't she just the sweetest?!! and being pretty obsessed with gingerbread men myself I just had to use her for sure. And a CAS card to show her cuteness is all that is required was the way to go! so some super sweet stitch dies and good old green and red cardstock mats popped up on foam from the kraft card base was all she needed. Oh I do love her!!!

Today I am going to feel very much a spare part. Scott is going back to work today after a few days off to make sure Little Mo was settled with school and Little Mo is at school so it's just me and the dogs today....gulp.....I am not one of those mamma's that celebrates the back to school thing. I love my little guy home with me and playing games, going for walks, baking and just being together but I hope he is going to have a wonderful day at school too.

Thank you for popping in

Ellie says Bye bookmark......

Hi everyone!

Its Fab Friday over on the Tiddly Inks challenge blog and this time I decided to go with a make just for me. Its sooo good to get some me time into your makes so you don't forget your passion and why you began crafting in the very first place.

For my make today I used the gorgeous Ellie says bye clear stamp set. I absolutely adore this set and its little quote stamp. I paper pieced up her balloon after distress ink back grounding my bookmark and adding a silhouette corner stamp.I wanted her to look like she was floating over a wonderful meadow.

Then it was time for some fussy cutting fun to get Ellie cut out and stuck onto my bookmark. I also added some little threads and fibre in colours to co ordinate the balloon.

And hey presto, me time for me finished!! now I just need a good book to fill my days a bit. Little Mo is busying himself through his second day of school and I am at a loss!! the house is too quiet and I miss my little man hanging around my craft desk stealing stuff!!

Thank you so much for popping in on me
