Afternoon Peeps!!!

Its time for a new challenge over on the Saturated Canary Challenge blog and this week its a super fun one its .......

Black, white and one other

I just had to SMASH and I felt the need for a squidge of pink too!!!! :) I found a yummy pink page in my equally yummy pink SMASH!!! and then I got to playing with the image that will be released real soon :) 'Chasing Butterflies'.

She's just beautiful isn't she and she was just perfect for some of the thoughts that I had written in my prayer journal a couple of weeks ago.

My friend Kerry bought me a little journal for writing my prayers in whilst I was doing my ALPHA course so I can look back on them from time to time. I love it and it helps me to focus when I am struggling with prayer too (...I am hoping that I am not the only person who worries that their prayers seem to womble to the wrong track of thoughts sometimes...) I actually knew this image was totally perfect for these words and my thoughts.

and here's a little bit closer in on the super cute chick!!! she has a gentle bit of bling in her funky hair and on her skirt!!

The ribbon I used on this page is the ribbon that my gorgeous pink smash came tied up with when it arrived as a beautiful surprise from my beautiful friend :)

I must say sorry though for my photographs of this page, I suck at taking photo's of my smash pages!!

Right I am at work right now...LOVE scheduled posting :) so while I am at work please go drool over my awesome canary teamies creations over on the challenge blog...they put me to shame every challenge!!! they are just awesome!!

Morning Peeps!!

as you know, 2 of my fav ladies in the whole wide world are rocking out this week with their new stamps and I am just over the moon excited for both of them and I know they will both do awesome as they are the most awesome stamps! and I have to say I feel so super duper honoured to be on the DT of each of them, I am so blessed to have such awesomely talented crafty girl peeps as treasured friends :)

This first make is from Krista's new Saturated Canary stamps, they are all awesome and if you need a catalogue to go peeky at to see more there is one right here from over on the Little Darlings site, squeeeeee there are some of my cards in it!! squeeeeee!!! and if you are here in the UK like me...don't worry! I have heard they will be winging their way to stockists here too..so form an orderly line and no pushing....mwah ha ha ha!!!!!!!

and a new Tiddly Stamp too of course!!! this make is from this 'Cute as a Bug' set!! love it!!

 Isn't she just awesome zooming off in her bug? I love the hearts smoke and the sentiment is just too cute! I cannot tell you how much fun it is to stamp a Tiddly!!!


So now on to my little guy and more totally proud mummy moments!!! 


I love this little guy, he rocks so much because he always loves to make a gift rather than buy one and he always knows just what he wants to make! and he is nifty with copy and paste on the pooter too!!(...yeah...he scored a good score on his report for ICT!! he got excellent with a level of 3!!)  this little guy made his own awesome backing paper for his make!! too cute!! here he is all busy...

Huge thanks to Bev too for telling me about collal multipurpose glue, its fabulous!! Mo used it for all of his project! I was lucky enough to find some in my local garden centre when I took mum out for lunch on tuesday. And this is what he made....

Squeeeee its sooo adorable. He scrunched up his paper and inked it, then splodged it on the canvas, rubbed round the edge (...with mummy's nail file...gulp!!!) stuck the blue flowers on the heart shape ( blue is his favourite colour) and mummy bought an easel for it!! I think little peep made gifts are the bestest ones in the whole wide world! I always take piccies of him making his gifts because I print the picture out small and attach it to the back of what he has made. His little photo is nestled into the back of this mini canvas.


Ok, I'll be back with a scheduled post later this afternoon because its challenge time again over on the Saturated Canary Challenge blog!!! off for a cuppa and snuggle time with mo before we have to get ready for school and work.

its time for another sneaky peeky of the awesome new Saturated Canary rubber stamps that Angie and Krista and the rest of the Little darlings team are showcasing over at CHA...along with some more totally awesome Little Darlings stamps!! its so exciting for them all and to top all that off, yesterday Angie won 'Best New Exhibitor'...

Way to go Angie!!!

Though I have to admit that I am not surprised because the booth looks awesome,its bright and so very very pretty and stuffed full of gorgeous DT makes.

I used Suspenders and Wallflower for my sneak peek today, I love them both because they are so versatile, they go together so cute and are fab for prom,weddings,engagements and   more!!!! squeeeeeeeee!!!

The papers are Raspberry Road and the die cut at the bottom is a memory box one, its so cute with these 2!! the little tag is SU tiny tags punched with the jewellery tag punch.

Right, now for another sneak peek for the brand new Tiddly Inks Clear Stamps!!! oooh this week is so exciting for me with 2 of my fav ladies taking awesome new steps in their creative journeys!!! I LOVE IT!!!

I used the little leaves in the set to stamp all around the edge of my nestied circle!! this is just such a cute girlie card!!! I love love love the little birdies on the branch!!! and most exciting of all because they are clear stamps I was able to bend th sentiment around the edge of my circle, I LOVE that!!! the papers are MME.

Now I am just a bit excited bundle of happy today because 2 of my fav ladies in the world are releasing stamps!!! I think I may be saying 'squeeeeeee' an awful lot today :) :) :)

Krista, gorgeous lady and owner of Saturated Canary digi's is stepping out in style over at CHA today with Angie from Little Darlings Stamps and showcasing the new Saturated Canary RUBBER STAMPS!!!!! squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Huge hugglies to you both today girls, I know you will have a totally awesome day though :)

So the Saturated Canary DT teamed up with the Little Darlings DT to make you all some gorgeous sneak peeks to look at whilst you are waiting for the stamps to be released!! and I know that the stamps will be winging their way to a few UK shops too so its all go!!! its so exciting!!!!

This little cutie above is called 'Summer' and I think she is just adorable!!! she is the first of a few samples I have made to share with you over the week so I will be back tomorrow with another stamp to show you!!!

Its that Tiddly Inking time of the week again!! I cannot believe how fast the last challenge went!!!! so over Tiddly Inks challenge blog  this week its a sketch challenge and here's the gorgeous sketch...

I love this sketch!!! and of course I just had to use the awesomely cute new Wryns that came out last week to make it!!

I used the little wryn reading on her bed for the inside of the card....

Now, I know a new challenge is exciting but SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! there is something much more excitinger going on in Tiddly Land this morning and its.........

I used 'Skateboarding' for my card today. I love this little guy he is so cute with his cool baggy boarder trousers. I teamed him up with some making memories papers from the 'Just Chillin' stack and a bit of kraft card.

The promarkers I used on this little dude I picked to match the papers so I used...

skin- satin,blush and sunkissed pink

top- tea green,soft green and cool grey 4

trousers/hat- pastel beige and khaki

board- cool grey 3,4 and 5.

So I am popping this little guy into the challenge over on....

Passion for promarkers- Gingham/checks..love those big checks on this paper.

I love promarkers- Circles- circles on the paper and circles for the image! yey!

Right, time to get a wriggly on for me now! Its breakfast buddy day, walk hols in the meadow while its not raining and then off to mum's, busy but fun day!! and on thursday its the last day of school for the holidays. Mo is so excited!! he loves the holidays but he is sad about moving teacher :( he absolutely adores his teacher miss cook.

Morning Peeps!

Oh how I love love love saturdays!!!! we have had a deliciously lazy morning! I have baked a banana bread and a Coconut Lime loaf so our house smells yummy...and full of calories!! romfl!!!!!!

I wanted to share this awesome tent treat card from Kim this morning. I have to admit that the tent treat cards are my thing at the minute!! The little mice come up all coloured and ready to either decoupage up a bit or just use the topper, its fab because the box comes in the download too and a patterned paper is in it too. I used the patterned paper  that is is the download to print on the back of all my pieces so that the pattern follows through. They are just so much fun and I LOVE this download from Kim because she also included the option to have the circle blank to decorate as you wish!! squeeeee!!!! so here it is all empty.....

 and here it is after some Lord Tim tattered florals die and martha stewart butterfly treatment!!! how cool is that?!!! I love it!!! 

There was even a spare topper left after I had printed these 2 out so I can add those to a normal card blank and make a cute card to match the set!!
Right, gotta go!! need to so spend some time with this little squidger here....

Fabulous Friday!!

Morning Peeps!
This morning I wanted to share aTiddly Inks card I made a while ago because this cute little kitty is back in the Tiddly Inks Store!! yey!!!!

He is just way too cute!! and of course the piccy is linked to help you find them too....:) and there are a whole tonne of gorgeous ideas on there too from my awesome Tiddly buddies in the gallery pictures in the kitty listing there in the shop too!!


I am feeling a little sad today, my dad and my little sister are going back home today :( the 3 weeks they were here seems to of just flown by so quickly. Its a funny thing because even though I don't get to see him everyday I always feel so much safer when my dad is in the same country as me!
I love that I can ring him whenever I want to and know he will be awake because he is in the same time zone, I love that I can actually squoosh him when I see him instead of hearing him on the end of the phone and wishing I could squoosh him, and what I love most is seeing him with Mo. Mo absolutely adored seeing his grandad and aunty colette,now all I need to do is win the lottery so I can go have holidays with him at his home in the seychelles!!! :)


Right better get my sorry little self into gear really as I need to get dressed for work...though I think it would be so much better to go on pj's!!!

Little baby teddy..awwww!!

Morning Peeps!!
...now you will have to pleases excusey my card photo a bit this morning as I took it with my phone and to me it looks kinda wibbly!!! the card has pootled off to its new owner so I couldn't take another one!!! and I want to pop it over on this weeks Lili's little fairies challenge which is Pretty in pink so I hope you can still see how cute it is minus the wobblies!!!!!


This stamp is fast becoming an absolute favourite of mine! Its so lovely to colour up and I have made 7 cards with it so far!!! I just keep changing the colour of the little bow to make it boy/girl!! its soooo cute!!!


This one was for a new baby girl and I broke out the stroke only DCWV nana's nursery girls stack for this one, those papers are just so sweet. The heart is cut on my cricut and then I added a little pink button and thread.


Well, I have to get my butt ready for work. The dreaded monthlies arrived this morning...ack so I feel like a bag of poop!! heat pad applied to tummy and some co-codamol taken about 10 mins ago so I should be feeling floaty light in around another 10 mins!! romfl!!!!!!

Morning Peeps!!

Hope you are all having a fabby wednesday!!! I am looking forward to a good cup of tea and a cake at Mo's class tea shop this afternoon!!! he has a mixed year class with years 1 and 2 in and his years turn was last time so this time he gets to sit and have juice and a cake with me!! yey!!! we are taking my mum too so that will be lovely and cheer her up a bit as she is so sore and waiting for her new spine operation date.

So I have my Cuddly Bddly DT make for you to peek at this morning!! with all the olympic goings ons and little peeps sorts days recently I felt the need for a boy card!! and lucky for me this cute little I win, I win digi (..drawn by gorgeous big sis!!) was just sitting there waiting for me to use him!! he's so sweet winning his little race!!! I coloured him up with my promarkers and that was the job done, all in one layer which gave me some room to play with my tim holtz mini rosette die and chip block die to make him a little winners rosette!! too cute!! I added one of kim's 12 round greetings to the bottom left too. I printed it in the normal b&w and then coloured it in with my mustard promarker to match the rosette which I had coloured up too!!!

Right cuppa time!!!!
