so did you all see the gorgeous new Tiddly inks stamps from the blog hop?!!! omg if not you so need to go hopping!! go cluick that little hop icon over there on the top of my righthandside toolbar!!! the best thing is they are in digi too so you can have rubber or digi!!! and theres a sale!! yey!! win win all over!! he he he he!!!

Its Fabulous Friday over on the Tiddly Ink challenge blog too so there's some more yumminess from our gorgeous DT if you want to peek in on it!! 

So anyone who knows my blog quite well will know I have a thang for beer mats!! omg they are just so cool. They are super cheap (.....or free if your mum knows the girls in the pub!!!) and just awesome for crafting! I love using them for mini album covers in my BIA and for little wall hangings and most of all little mini calendars!! ooooh I love these!!!

So I had to ink up the fabulous Treasured Friends dragon for this one. My mum LOVES dragons so when this little set plomped through my door from Christy I must admit to a little (...ok, so a huge lot...) of SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEING!!!!!

They are just soooooooo cute!!

and little Mo loves them too! he has been busy creating away with them!!! sorry for the blurry piccy, I took it on my Ipad!!


Right, got to to go!! its time for the school shoe shop today.....blurgh.....Mo is currently hiding in the under the stairs cupboard in protest!! poor chap!!

Saturated Canary challenge 50....Winged things!!

Afternoon Peeps!!! I'm back with another post today because its time for a new challenge overon the Saturated Canary challenge blog!! and this time its a super fun one, I LOVED this weeks challenge so I know you will!! The theme for Challenge 50 is..... 

"Winged Things"

so think an image with wings or

a winged embellishment like butterflies, bee's etc!!

Now for the details....

You must use either a:

Saturated Canary Digi, 

Saturated Canary rubber stamp, 

or Simply Sassy rubber stamp 

So for my make I just had to make my little Mo another holiday gift. I love love love making my little guy little surprise packages! and he LOVES Toby, like lots!!! 

So I decided to have my first go at an altered tin, now these are sooooooo much fun! you are going to want to buy a whole lot of tinned fruit and wash them out because I mean LOADS of fun!!!

I just had to cut my papers, ink up the edges and glue them onto the tin. I also put some inside the tin too but forgot to take a piccy of them before I stuffed it full of goodies for Mo!!! Then it was tine to splodge some colour on that awesome little stamp!

Toby is an absolute dream to colour and I went for one of my fav colour combo's again. Browns and blues are just magic for little guy projects!! and Mo absolutely loved the tin too, his little face this morning when I gave him it was just magical. I love that!

I just had to have a play with the gorgeous new Ribbons Fairy for my card! isn't she just amazing?! and i love the fluffy flower she is sat on.

The top piccy is the bling shot so you can hopefully see all the sparklies and this one below is the normal piccy! I glossed her eyes to make them pop because she is just adorable!!!

it's our gorgeous little furball princess's 1st birthday today!! she is just so gorgeous and has filled our days with love and happiness. Happy birthday gorgeous girlies!!

Here she is waiting for her birthday present which was a stuffless toy, she loves them!! it was a fox this morning but it won't last long!!!

Hope you are all having a wonderful monday. I set Mo and Boo up an 'office' up this morning so I could have a play with the super cute Sweet froggies set. Here they are all industrious and busy! they have been up there for 2 hours now so they must be having fun!!

I decided to go for a CAS card today so just a couple of layers with a little bit of promarkering and he was done. He is so sweet!!

its so refreshing some days to just have a CAS little make. I need to experiment more with CAS. I have a few friends who totally rock it and it is always a mystery to me of knowing when to stop!!! he he he he!!!

I had better get myself into gear as the washing machine cycle is almost up and I haven't hoovered up yet!!

Morning everyone!!

eeep did you all see the gorgeous new Fairies from Krista that went into the shop last night?!! oooh I hope you did!!! they are awesome.

So last night before I went to bed I printed them all out and left them on the table to have a colour this morning. Mo came down for breakfast and saw them on the table and me with a pile o pens and said the cutest thing ever. He said......pointing to this withering fairy....

"oooooh mummy she is scaaaary....lets colour her first!!!"

I so love this little guy! he knows his mamma soooo well!!!

The skully paper is a retired paper from Tiddly Inks but I just had to use it and the sentiment I made up on my computer!! well, it just had to be a zombie one!!!! I also had a little rip of the papers and stuck in a spooky skeleton hand charm!!! I love me some Zombie feeling!!!

right, got to dash, its sunny and there's fun to be had with a small and gorgeous 8 yr old I know!!!

Morning peeps!!

I bet you thought I had disappeared!!! we have actually been away for a couple of days for a surprise mini break for Mo! we took him to Legoland and Chessington world of adventures and it was fabulous! he didn't realise what we were doing at all! it was awesome. its those moments as parents that Scott and I live for.

So half way through our minibreak fun I got an awesome treat!!! I got to go pop in on my DTDF Boss Tracy at her house! oh I so wish I could of stayed longer but we were on our way to the chessington resort hotel and had dinner reservations for 6:30pm so we couldn't stay too long. I did however get to pick up my yummy new Dienamics Blueprints 6 die set which had just come in that morning.....squeeeeeeee!!! 

So this morning I got chanceto have a play with it and a photo of Mo from the sealife centre ( omg he loves the sealife centre and zoo's, he is obsessed! his fav fish ever is a manta ray because he loves their smiley faces!!! he will stand for ages watching the float past the glass and in the tunnel so he can see the smiles!!!)

This is the best die set ever for little scrap pages. It just makes a gorgeous layout and the tag is fabulous for some journalling. I haven't written on it yet because I don't want to torture you all with my ick handwriting but I did pop the year on the little button tag on the top piccy!!!

The papers were just perfect too so keep your eye out for those going into the shop! they are double sided gorgeousness!!!!

We had the best cople of days away though there was a little trauma yesterday morning when we took Mo on the Dragons Fury ride at chessington :( the poor little guy was so frightened :( and I must admit I did not enjoy it one little bit either and I am a rollercoaster chick, but the twisting around was way too much for me so I know where the little guy was coming from, ooodles of snuggling later he was OK again and was very excited to see moshi monsters in the park. He was been brave enough to go have his photo taken with a few of them which is huge for Mo as he just doesn't do things like that but he loves Moshi's so that was fabulous and he did a puzzle hunt and won 800 moshi rocks and a moshi lanyard so that made his day!!! 

this ones a bit blurry but he was sooooo excited!!

Right, I am off,its our wedding anniversary today and we are still a bit sleepy from 2 days of exploring fun parks!!!

Tiddly inks challenge 115- Birthday Bash!

Morning Peeps! 

I have just got in from work and am flying by the seat of my pants to get this post done before I go fetch Boo and then fetch Mum to go to weight watchers and then home again for a bit until we take Boo home at 12:30pm, phew!! I am going to be one busy and tired chick today!!!!

Anywhoooo!! its time for a new challenge over on the Tiddly inks challenge blog and its a Birthday Bash theme this time so think Birthdays!! and fun!!! he he he he!!

I used the uber cute little chick from the From the birds digi set and added a little sentiment onto his sign before printing it out. Then I coloured him up all cheery with my promarkers and popped him together with some MME papers.

Right, got to dash!! hoping to get 5 mins with a cuppa and go for a bloggy womble when I have gotten home from weight watchers while Mo and Boo play!

Morning everyone!!!!

how are you all on this lovely wet monday?!! great I hope!!

I have a little wee stamps make to share with you all this morning, isn't she wonderful. I have to say I absolutely adored colouring her up last week. I coloured her up with my normal fav colour combo of promarkers and then it was a case of matching her up to some gorgeous papers and adding a couple of embellies. I didn't go overboard on my embellfying as this one needs to be posted (...and its late too but Kat is used to me being totally unorganised!!!!!)

When this publishes I will still be busy stacking shelves in Tesco!! then it will be home at 7am for a cuppa before I need to take Poppy to the vets for a quick blood test to check she is ok after the eating the contents of mummy's handbag incident a while ago! then it will be home for a quick schnoozle snuggle on the settee with Mo before I go to pick Boo up at 10:30am, phew what a day and I didn't even start it yet!!!!! lol!!

Tea and a book.....

Afternoon Peeps!!!

I am late popping in today because Scott has been off today and I had icky physio this morning ( I really don't like physio, I find it really embarrassing !! being prodded,poked and maneuvered around and worst of all some of it hurts!!!) 

So after a that we took the little guy to Pizza Express for lunch for a treat. We LOVE pizza express but its a mega treat so we cashed in some tesco clubcard points in time for the holidays. Mo loved it! we go to the newark one which is around 30 mins away from our home because he loves sitting upstairs and watching all the boats go by. Today was especially exciting as 6 boats with people that all knew each other came in at the same time and some of them doubled up for 'parking' side by side, well Mo thought that was most excellent!! (plus he ate all of his lunch again which is always a bonus!!!) and he still loves the bambacinno he gets at the end of his meal! he thinks he ia real grown up when that comes! its so funny!!!

Anywho, onto my SMASH page!! I absolutely love this new image by Krista! It so reminded me of the mornings I sit there with my cuppa or chai latte thinking to myself ' mmmm...what shall I smash today?!'

I find it either comes in a big whoosh of one idea or a tonne of floaty little ideas that flutter around in my head like butterflies ( which is weird because I am petrified of butterflies!!!) so that is exactly what I smashed this afternoon!!!

We popped to pets at home and bought Poppy a new stag bone so she is happily playing throw, catch and chew the stag bone in the garden right now and Mo and Daddy are clening their bikes with toothbrushes and some bike cleany squirty stuff!!!! I love afternoons like this. The holidays feel like one big fun weekend! I love that!!

I had to laugh at how wumpfy my dress looks at the back!!!!! this one has a puff ball kinda effect and it looks cute when I am standing up but sooooo weird when I sit down....oh well, if it wasn't wierd it wouldn't be me now would it?!!  romfl!!!
