I love LOTV's New Hat stamp, it is one of my favourites! she just looks so sweet doesn't she?!!

Its so frosty here this morning! I am hoping for lots of lovely sunshine to brighten things up a bit today. Zaky dog was most surprised when off he tootled to the edge for a quick drink and instead tried out ice skating!! bless him!!

Playing with my new MTC software!

Hello Peeps!!!
I have had a fabby night out in my little crafty garage playing with my new Make The Cut software that my mummy bought me for christmas and I have to say I am loving it!!
The card base is a file from an amazing lady called Penny Duncan, please check out her blog if you have been thinking about MTC as she has some awesome tutorials and help on there (for dim wits like me who don't really know what to do with the software after wanting it for months!!! lol!!!!)
This one was her centre riser card and I love it. I have actually made a couple (but one has the gorgeous new Betty on it from Funky Hand so you will have to wait a little longer for that one!!!!)
The heart is cut from my All Mixed Up cart and  I heat embossed the top part with some copper powder the papers are from my stash and I really couldn't tell you what they were but i liked the colour of them!!
Sorry for the dark and gloomy background, had to use my flash because its so dark here!!!!
Right then, I am off to tuck myself up in bed ready for catching some zzzzz's now!

Mo's digital pencil too challenge.

Good afternoon peeps!
I have had a lovely day with my two boys here. My big boy Ryan is a bit snuffly and coldy but has been quite cheery and Mo was just very very pleased to see him and has cuddled up to him almost all day (bar a few disagreements on toys and such!!!)

While they were playing this morning I decided to have some time in my crafty garage so left daddy with the boys and headed out for some me time!!

I just had to use my new 'Wonderful Day' digi from Mo. Isn't she just beautiful? I fell in love with her and loved colouring her up so I could enter this weeks challenge over on Mo's digital challenge this week which is Bless the beast and the children. I am hoping that the gorgeous little hummingbird counts as an animal because he is so sweet.
I have never entered a challenge over there before and I was in awe of the awesome cards the DT have created, well worth a visit just to drool over them!!!
I treated myself to Make The Cut yesterday with my pennies from Santa and have been having a little play today, nothing exciting or cut yet but just playing to get myself used to the program.
Well I am going on a little blog womble now whilst the boys are watching their movie before bath time, can't wait to see what you have all been creating now.
Huge Hugs

A racey birthday!!!

Morning peeps!!!

I had a fabulous day crafting with my little friend yesterday. She is 8 and We had a very busy day and she went home with lots of excellent makes, she loves her crafting and she is so good at it bless her.

Her mummy has been a bit unwell recently and I was worried she wouldn't manage to get out to buy a birthday card for her husband so being as we were having a crafty day I decided to make one for her to give him just in case she didn't feel well enough to shop.

I loved this Racy Roxie image from Kenny K, he loves cars and the lady I made the card for is so pretty I had to have a gorgeous image to represent her too.
She looks a little blurred now I look at the piccy but since it has gone off in its envelope I can't take another one, humpf!!!
I cut the letters using my base camp cart , glued them together and did some doodling with my white gel pen to liven them up a bit!! I made a lovey big A4 sized easel for everything to sit on. The border to hold the easel up is my martha stewart punch and the little hearts sprinkled around it are just the hearts left over from punching.
I have my niece and nephew here again today and one very excited little Mo who received a super present from one of my very special friends today. He was so happy and surprised to get it and has been over the moon with it ever since, awwwwwww.
This will probably be my last post of 2010!!! I just want to thank everybody for their visits to my little blog and the lovely comments you all leave me. They make my day and when i am feeling low they spur me on to keep creating and having fun so huge huggies to you all.
Have a wonderful new year everybody and I will see you all in 2011!!!!

Hope you have a tiddly new year!!!!!

Morning peeps!!!
I hope you are all having a fabulous holiday I know I am. We have had some really lovely days just playing and catching up with family.
Little Mo is recovering much better now from his mumps and throat infection, he keeps getting tired easily but is a lot cheerier than he was!!!
So onto my card!! I used the gorgeous Happy New Year tiddly ink image for this one. She is just fabulous isn't she?
I printed her out twice and cut one out with my lovely new nestie circles. I used the second one to layer her up and make her pop out from the card!!!
Her lovely glass of bubbly is pastel pink promarker champagne!! it has some gloss on it with some teeny bubbles in but I am not sure it comes out too well in the picture.
I added a bit of sparkle all over with my sakura pen and I have to say IRL it is so sparkly and gorgeous.
The sentiment is a freebie from Christy's blog (or the Tiddly Inks PCP group whichever you fancy popping over to!)
The gorgeous backing paper is from my funky hand Funky Seasons cd, I love the way it looks like confetti is floating all over it.
Anice has an awesome 25% off everything in the shop until noon on the 1st Jan so get yourself over there and grab some bargains. Keep your eyes peeled too for some very exciting new additions in the new year too, I am so excited about them.
Well, I had better get myself dressed! I am getting too used to wearing my pj's until we go out of the house!! he he he!!! I love the holidays!!!
If I am not back with another post before the new year is in, I hope you all have a fabulous time with your new year celebrations and roll into 2011 with lots of love and fun.
Huge hugs
Lou xxxx
