Afternoon all!!

Its my turn to post over on the clubhouse blog today and I decided on a bit of a birthday make today. The gorgeous Dee and her big cupcake were just what I needed to chillax on!!!

We have the plumber here today putting the new boiler in so a bit of colouring and making is just what I need to chill out with all the work going on around us!! he he he!!

I never actually know what I am going to do when I make a card! I just splodge stuff's on but I love how this one came out! and my desk might look oh boy messy but I had so much fun I really don't mind!!!

Right, I am off to get a cuppa. I am just starting to get a little bit cold without a teensy bit of heating on so a cuppa will do the trick!

Morning all!!

I am nestling in with my fab friday Tiddly Inkers post this morning. I am a bit late because Scott and I have indulged ourselves in some together time! he has just popped out to get us lunch so I thought I would sneak into bloggyland quick!! he he he!!

I decided to colour up the stunning new Foxy Mama image. I just absolutely adore everything Christy is bringing out at the minute and want to colour all day but this one, awwwww it just spoke to me yesterday. I love how soft and gentle the mama fox looks with those 2 cheeky lil babies peeking round her! and the little fox head in the sentiment that comes with them is just magic too.

Well, I have kitchen cupboards to sort out as we are having our new boiler fitted tomorrow...what? no more steam train sounding. mashoosive banging and whistling  boiler you say?!!! I know!! oh my !! I can't wait!!!and I think it will be amazing for little mo too as its right below his bedroom and it is soooo loud that occasionally it scares him.

So, out my Paul Texting printed and busy I got with my promarkers, papers and dies!! ta daaaaaa!! teenz make done!!!

Right, I need to scootle!! Mo is at Bear Grylls club after school and I have had a lovely walk with the dogs just before the rain hit so they are happy and I enjoyed some air to the fuzz that is my head today!!

Morning all!!

How are we all today? I am not ashamed to admit I woke up with the sad feeling :( so I needed to kick it to the dust with some Mo snuggles (...they were good, we watched Parent trap, giggled and ate breakfast) , a good walk with tys (..also good, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, big fields, no people!!) and then home to do some crafting.

Simple things but they fix a Lou so worth doing! anywhoo! the image I decided to print out and play with just had to be the new  Baker from Saturated Canary. She's so cute! it was a case of print, splodge the colour on, simple card base with yummy papers and job done but I love how she came out!!

Right. I have a few bits to get on with now so I am going to pootle off!! I'll be back later with my DT make for MDP2, its new challenge day!! whoot whoot!!

Afternoon peeps!

Its been a bit of a blurgh weather morning here so I gathered up my hot wheaty bag, turned my little desk lamp on and got busy with the stunning new Love you Mostest from Tiddly Inks.

I can't actually put into words how much I have enjoyed these 2 new ones by Christy. they are just magical...and Scott will probably get them both by the end of this week because they really do make me just want to snuggle up with him! I am such a dafty!! lol!! but he is rather awesome so I let myself off!! he he he!!

I coloured up my wedding couple and then gave them a good sprinkle of frantage! love this stuff! have just one pot but its gorgeous!! note to self....need more!!!

The little spray of hearts is just the little hearts that came out of the die centres, they were too good to waste so with the help of my little glue gun they got plomped around my card!!! they look so sweet IRL but Ican never get photo's of the cuteness right!!

Right, off to iron for a bit now!! have a wonderful afternoon everyone

Hi everyone!!

Its Tiddly Tuesday!! whoop whoop!! and that means a couple of new images in the shop!!! squeeee!! this one is Wedding Bella.

Now...I have a small confession. Christy sent them, I fell in love with them but thought...I am never going to be able to colour that nice enough!!! but oh my oh my!! once I had printed it out and started colouring it I got the full on love mush head Lou thang going on!! I wanted to call Scott home from work right away just to hold him for a while and had to put on our 'us' songs spotify album!!! lol!!! see what happens when an image just takes you!!! 

But isn't it just gorgeous??? I am colouring another one now so I might be back later but no promises there as I am pooped out today! no sleeping after the night shift on sunday due to bank holiday boys of the house being home means it has caught up with me today even more and I feel like a week old zombie chick!!!

Hi everyone!

I am hopping in with a share for you today using one of the gorgeous new releases from Stamping Bella. I absolutely adore these little Hoppy Poppy's!!! (...there will be a small break in this post whilst Lou goes to order another couple........)

Ok!! I'm back!!! lol!!!...ordered 2..go to make the most of the bank holiday sale at Dies to Die For!! lol!!.....may have to go back for more!!!!!

Isn't she just the cutest?! coloured up with my promarkers and a few splodges of white gel paint and she was done. ooooh I do love her!!!!!!she's sooooo cute!!!!!!!!

And little Mo is doing rather awesome with his Just Giving page too!!! just peekle at how much he has raised so far!!!! he is so excited about it bless him, worried about the actual ride but very excited about his fundraising. When he had raised £233 , he asked me to ask our local branch how his pennies have helped so far and this is what they said..

"already we can afford to get one dog ready for rehoming. Neutering vaccinating and chipping or we can pay for a dog to be kennelled for 2 months. Or for a months supply of cat food"

So....just imagine what else they can do with this amount....

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!! we are so very proud of him! he has smashed his last 2 years charity events totals already! if you have donated to Mo's page, huge huge huge thanks. I cannot tell you how much it has meant to him.

Mom.....

Its my turn today to share another make for V Funky month over on the Get Funky and Craft blog using the V Funky original CD ROM. This CD is an absolute delight...I have told Da Boss £1 is crazy for it but she's not listening!!!

Todays card just had to be a mom make with the 'Cottage Linens' colourway, I love that lady cards and men's cards can both rock this colourway!

There are 15 stunning colourways to choose from on this CD, fabulous for all occasions and extras such a toppers,I used the 'Mom' topper and one of the ATC cards I had left over from yesterday, which I popped out on some foam for some depth in my card.I also used some of the gorgeous bakers twine Anice had in the shop for a while, its all out of stock now but it matched this card so perfectly so I just had to use some of mine!

Also, all the original CD ROM's are available on the Funky Hand website for just £1.00 each.  You can't go wrong with them really!

Well, I am going to soak up some more rainy sunday! Mo is busy watching a Spy Kids movie and Scott is pootling in and out taking the tools out from doing the bathroom!!

Dragon Hugs...

Hi everyone!

I know I know! 2 makes in one day but hey!! thats the way I roll!! he he he!! and this one is way too special not to pop on today!!

It is of course for my gorgeous little man. I am so proud of how he pootles on in his little world and his Little Mo's Big Bike Ride page is raising so many pennies for our local RSPCA branch that I felt he needed a super special card just for him and he LOVES this Dragon Hugs image.

Here's today's little update on his page...eeeeep!!!

I made the little sentiment up just for Mo too. He has so many struggles with his autism but he has been so amazing at just embracing them and working through them in his little Mo way that he makes me burst with pride! Scott and I have always just let him run with it and he is so happy at home, the school he has been in for 1 1/2 years now have been just amazing so he is managing the school day so much better, which of course makes him happier all round. He is still at least a good year or more behind in learning skills and a lot more behind socially but he is the best little guy. The funny thing is, he is waaaaaaaay ahead in reading!! but we adore that!!Sorry for mamma mush but he is awesome!!!

Right, got to go! last coat of paint for Mo's bathroom is calling me!! he he he!!
